I reiterated I joined the waitlist online list 35 minutes ago and it said 45-50 minutes at that time. He says the time doesn't start until we get here! I asked him why is there an online waitlist at all, It literally says on the chalkboard "no one likes to wait- download FirstWatch app". I double checked with another guy he said yes another 40 minutes or so! We only have a party of 4 not like we're a big party or anything.
