They are rarely in the office and closed at odd times without notification. When I have gone in the office- Tiffany looks at me like I'm from another world and treats me less than. Picks favorite residents to use as winners in paying rent early when I paid rent five months in advance. Never send emails when the water is going to be out or when we need to know certain things. Yet they send multiple emails asking us to vote them the best complex in Nac. The apartments themselves are fine- aside from multiple issues with the toilet and when I moved in the sliding glass door did not have a bar for it to be locked so I went a day or two without a locked back door.

Her first suggestion was to tear away one side of the crumbling fence (neighbor's fence was attached), and even referred a wonderful handyman, Jimmy, to do it for me. She worked with my estate sales lady during the sale, and took care of so many little things that I couldn't because of my living in California. Within a week of the listing I had an offer, which we accepted. Of course there were inspections and negotiations back and forth, but the deal went through and just closed. Diane was always available, helpful, enthusiastic, and kind during this difficult process of losing my mom and selling her home. I recommend her highly for any real estate transaction.

There are a lot of problems with the other apartments and a few minor problems left to deal with in my apartment. They just recently got it to where you can pay your rent online and the agency that handles their online payments also reports them to the credit bureaus. The only thing I don't like about their website is they don't check it when you make a report of something needing fixing or send them a message.
