The manager said she was going to send the bug exterminator until they were gone but nope it looks like she does NOT care at all. Save your money and go somewhere else unless you want to come home to roaches crawling on the walls, ceiling, bathrooms, floors even on your bed! It is so disgusting if I could move I would but unfortunately I can't afford to break my lease. Please please inspect the unit before you try to move in. This place it's so disgusting. I'm throwing away $730 monthly and sharing my space with roaches.

Her first suggestion was to tear away one side of the crumbling fence (neighbor's fence was attached), and even referred a wonderful handyman, Jimmy, to do it for me. She worked with my estate sales lady during the sale, and took care of so many little things that I couldn't because of my living in California. Within a week of the listing I had an offer, which we accepted. Of course there were inspections and negotiations back and forth, but the deal went through and just closed. Diane was always available, helpful, enthusiastic, and kind during this difficult process of losing my mom and selling her home. I recommend her highly for any real estate transaction.

I can tell you, my bring a retired Christian missionary, that nothing in that review has ever gone in since I have lived here. We have a wonderful manager, that I believe everyone respects. She is cordial, highly responsible and very helpful. We also hv a social worker in staff, who is highly efficient and very efficient in helping tenants with all kinds of needs and support. We have always had a maintenance man here since I've been here, who handles needs quickly. Everyone like him. This is a great place. Abuse doesn't live here. Needs are met. People feel like family overall. I'm very happy here.
