Ran into an odd electrical issue--shortly after getting things going for the day, lost power to my…read moreinternet modem. Upon investigating, found the dryer outlet, stove, fridge, kitchen lights, and other random areas out. Maybe something tripped? Checked the breaker box, found the dryer had tripped, but wouldn't reset. After some troubleshooting, started calling for a pro. Though others said they'd check their schedule and get back to me, no one did, except Mike L. who was to my house within an hour, perhaps much sooner. Ultimately, shortly before arriving power was back on throughout the house without doing anything, but I noticed a utility truck down the alley a couple blocks--that likely was related. Mike checked my box and found no issues, and noted the breakers all seem to be new, but can't fix something if it's working!! Super cool guy, excellent customer service, and the person I spoke to on the phone initially was a pleasure as well. Will definitely call Mathews Brothers Electric in the future first! He makes sure they are in the studs because they are so heavy! See the new pic below of the latest one! Nathan has replaced 4 lights in our newly bought home. He is always punctual and professional. Yesterday was the pinnacle though. He replaced a very ugly ceiling with this beautiful chandelier! What a difference it made for the room.
