Since I was getting no where just waiting around I went in to see what was going on. Sean was my tax preparer, after doing my taxes I had penalties from CCA, state of Ohio, and the federal tax service. I ended up trying to call Sean without a return phone call. I called him three times. I ended up stopping in his office. The secretary went to tell him I was there and I overheard him talking to her stating "this guy called me three F-ing times" After hearing that I walked out. Sean still did not call me, The secretary did. this experience was horrible. On top of that I was charged $500 for my tax return... I will never be back.

They don't answer the phone or return calls. They acknowledged that their voicemail is back logged 80 messages and they are trying to catch up. I obviously displayed displeasure with this situation and was told that "our clients don't act like this". Rich is a scum bag who takes on far to many clients then he can handle.
