And they do just a swell job, too, with all the messy paperwork e-mailed every pay period, hard copy snail mailed, end of quarter stuff, end of year stuff. They have always gone the extra mile for our business and have always been quick to resolve any issue or questions we might have. I recently implemented their iSolve HIRE portal and it's a great all inclusive system. AHOLA did have a recent issue on October 25, 2019 with the 3rd party ACH (Automated Clearing House) which handles electronic transfers throughout the U.S.. However, the team at AHOLA worked throughout the night and the weekend to resolve the issues, forming new partnerships to ensure this issue never happens again. How any companies out there would go that extra mile to implement corrective action so quickly and only losing one business day. It's a testament to their business resolve and as a Human Resource Manager, I am glad to have them and their resources available to me.

PRIMEPAY DISHONOR THEIR AGREEMENT…read more PrimePay is the worst company we have done business with in the 13 years of our existence as a company. They are slippery and incompetent. They lie all the time. Starting April 2013 PrimePay took over from Paychex who had done our payroll for years. PrimePay's regional VP promised us in writing that PrimePay would obtain our first quarter (1Q) payroll data from Paychex to process our taxes; he assured us such transfer of info was standard procedure in the payroll industry. We introduced PrimePay to our Paychex contact, and PrimePay emailed us to confirm they had connected with the Paychex and "We are all set to p/up (pick up) your payroll reports from Paychex on the 29th." Alas, PrimePay lied to us, and not for the first or last time! Later we learned that PrimePay did NOT obtain our 1Q payroll data from Paychex after all! PrimePay proceeded to use incomplete payroll figures (w/out 1Q data) to prepare our 2013 tax reports. As a result, such reports were incorrect, and all sorts of queries are now arising from that incredible act of negligence and dishonesty by PrimePay. When the first query came and we sent it to PrimePay, they sent back an incredible reply by email: "We were not given copies of the 1Q returns therefore cannot correct the issue." (That was a lie: they never tried to obtain our 1Q payroll data from Paychex, despite their written pledge.) We told them we would hold them fully responsible for any tax problems arising from their negligence. FROM THAT INCIDENT AND MANY OTHERS WE LEARNED THE FOLLOWING LESSONS ABOUT PRIMEPAY: (1) THEY ARE INCREDIBLY INEPT, AND (2) THEY ARE DISINGENUOUS IN ALWAYS PASSING THE BUCK--UNLESS YOU HOLD THEIR FEET TO THE FIRE.
