According to the laws governing landlords and tenants in Dallas, TX, I am now due 3 times my deposit plus $100. I was out of my place by 1/31/16 as stated in my paperwork and signed by the resident manager. They had 30 days to have my final deposit refund check to me after that along with a listing of any final charges. I got a letter on 3/9/16 which was dated 3/4/16 stating my check will be cut on 3/8/16. I should have had the final check IN MY HANDS by 3/2/16. Do I need to quote chapter and section of the law? Now I'm told there was a glitch and my check won't even be printed until today????? I guess it's time to talk to my lawyer. Might as well add court costs on to that check folks.

Also the property is dirty, gross, full of overgrown weeds, rodents, at least 200 or more feral cats pee and poo all over the place, half of the mobile homes have broken and missing skirts. some of the residents are questionable, disrupting people at night, some knocking on doors peddling for money or cigarettes. 10 years ago this property was beautiful, now it's become a deteriorating dump, and gets worse day by day. we are moving our senior friend out. it's not safe for her.

I do not necessarily mean just a little bit, but like someone had been using the site as a dumpster for quite a while. We found about a pound of penny nails in the gravel, tape measures, oil dipsticks and lots of other items that are not ideal for RV tires. The area was fly infested and sites are not level. The area smelled like someone had dumped their black tank in to the gravel. There are so many pot holes, I understand that rain happens but there was zero effort to fix them. Although they say on their website that you are only allowed two vehicles, some RV sites have up to five with 3 of them being broken down. The area is LOUD!!!! Highway sounds I can deal with but music blaring is not okay. Quiet hours should be quiet hours. We have no intentions of returning to this park.
