Our front landscaping was beyond any thing I could keep up with any more. We received their post card in the mail and I called them. They were quick in getting to our house for an estimate. We hired them. They did exactly what we wanted them to do and more. My front yard is now beautiful and easy to keep up, which there is not much at all to keep up. We also ended up getting a beautiful patio in our back yard. The guys working here at our house were very hardworking. They were very polite and basically only took a break when it was lunch time. Believe me, there were some pretty hot days. I supplied them with water, pop and goodies which was greatly appreciated by them. They truly deserved it. I hired Tim White (owner) for landscaping/weekly grass cutting/snow removal. My job is very small as he has many other homes much larger that bring in more money. However, He has been the most professional, kind, efficient and reliable company I have ever hired! The snow removal is always prompt and done well. His grass cutting service is always on time and they never forget to close the gate so my dog doesn't escape as many other companies have done! The fall clean up was so impressive and neat that I will ask him to do other jobs this spring. Tim worked with our plan for phases to work with our long term goals for our property. We had Tim and his crew install a new patio in our backyard, irrigation system, topsoil, and sod. NO STARS !!!! Beware of Brookstone Landscape !!! In April 2013 I contracted with Tim White / Brookstone Landscape to clean and re-paint the deck on my home. I gave Tim White / Brookstone Landscape a $300.00 deposit for the job. This company never returned to do the work. In November 2013, I was awarded a $ 368.00 judgement in Michigan District Court 52-2 from Brookstone. They have defied this court order and I am now in the process of ordering a bench warrant for Tim White's arrest for contempt of court. These People are dishonest !!!! read more

Called a few different companies for quoting a landscape project in the back yard of my home. Tim came out for the initial meeting with my wife and I, he appeared to be very knowledgeable with landscaping and plant material that would work for my shady backyard. We decided to have him come up with a concept for our project. When we looked at the initial plan it seemed to fit our needs and more. It is an extreme understatement to warn against doing business with him. He took my money and never completed the work for which I paid, even after promising to do so many times over. The Brookstone crew did a quality job on my patio, fire pit, and walkway paver project. I was especially impressed with the project manager and crew. He listened to concerns, made the adjustments, and overall genuinely tried to make us happy with the work. The patio has been in for a couple of months now without issue. Brookstone designed and built a great paver patio for us. Very impressed with Tim's design expertise and artistic flair. Best patio in the sub-division! They installed an extra where there is a sprinkler drip loop in the planter bed.
