A ton of collectibles over 30 pair of Jordan's mainly and a handful of Nikes , 2 75 " flat screen tv , a laptop, 3 phones , NFL collectibles tons of cards , nfl bobble heads , other NFL items including lots of Dallas cowboys items in packaging , mustang jacket , mustang house phone, coin and bill collections , jewelry, antique items that I have been collecting, a lot of Marilyn Monroe and Elvis decor , car system , about 20 pair of women's boots , clothes , a wand vacuum, portable shampooer , rug doctor , big rugs , bedding and a lot of these items still brand new as I've been trying to find a place and even more . I went to remove my items and there was a lock on my unit which makes no sense I have not been in viol of my lease , my payments come directly out of my account and I have documentation that proves that. I tried to ask when the lock was placed , why is was placed , why I was not notified and NO ONE has any information or answers for me which makes no sense at all to me because being in the management field everything as such should be documented so this is definitely poor management. But the excuse they give me is because my September payment for this month declined inwhich I told them that is a BS excuse because I've been trying to get my stuff out since before the beginning of September and it declined because I took it off of autpay for this month because I've been trying to get my belongings out to vacate the property. So then they had contacted management it took awhile for management to get in contact with me . And when I spoke to management he had said he put a combo lock on my unit and that he would text me the code for it well now the gate code is changed so he said let him know when I'm there and he will open the gate. Well I still never got the message with the combo for the lock and I still have not gotten ahold of him. And then I call back again and I'm told I can't get into my unit until I pay my balance for this month and I had already let management know I plan on vacating and I'm not going to be paying it inwhich he was ok with . But I've been getting the run around the past 3 weeks and I'm getting very frustrated as something isn't right. My unit had no reason for my lock to be removed, nor their lock put on it rather I'm active in it or not because it is still faithfully paid every month and I have not violated anything in my lease agreement and it has my belongings in there , collections of all kinds , personal items , household items , my grandkids things , sentimental items etc. and now I don't what's going on or why I'm getting the run around and I definitely don't understand why no one can tell me anything and literally have zero answers for me. Shouldn't things like this be noted in my account and shouldn't I have been contacted? this is making me very upset and messing with my anxiety, PTSD and my nerves at that which in return messes with my chrohns which is very painful at times. I've had to pay my help to go help me move inwhich I've been unsuccessful because of not being able to get in and I've rented a truck but I can't keep it because I'm low income so I'm out money that i have had to borrow at this point to jus keep getting the run around. I just want my belongings and ALL of my belongings and I want some answers.. and from some of the other reviews I've read I would stay far away from this company.

Renting a storage unit with this company, at this location, was the least stressful part of my move! I initially was transferred to their national switchboard to make my reservation because I called the local number after hours. The agent was very helpful, and based on fact that I only needed a unit for less than 1 month, suggested I get one of the "first month free" units. She gave me a "total price" of around $20, and affirmed that's all I would pay if I only needed it for 1 month. Of course this wasn't the full amount at checkout, which ended up including things like: rental insurance, administrative fees, the required purchase of their lock (which is a very nice lock to keep), and taxes. That being said, I had a little price shock (paid around $80, including a wardrobe box I wanted) only because of what I was told on the phone. However, the on-site customer service was so great I still had an awesome experience and recommend this facility! Property manager, June, clearly described all the fees & also offered me a smaller unit which still qualified for their special. She was funny & kind, making the stress of moving a bit more lighthearted! This location does not offer 24 hr access (which I kinda like for security reasons), but at my request, June granted my family after hrs access for a few days to help with the initial unloading. I was out before the next month and wasn't charged anything else! If you need a month-to-month storage unit (for long or short term), I'd recommend this location. Thanks for your help, June... hope you get that day off soon! ;)

They want to drive you crazy by repeating the same AI generated message over and over! The gate has been broken on several occasions letting anyone into the space. I had my locker broken into on one occasion and my stuff was riffle through and our dolly was stolen. It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact customer service. I can't wait to be done with this CRAPY place. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! NO COMPANY HELP AND ALL THEY DO IS RAISE YOUR RENT! I WOULD GIVE THIS 0 STARS IF I COULD!

I had the truck from Saturday until Wednesday. On Monday evening, it rained. I went to load a few things into the truck and found water pouring down the walls of the driver's side of the trailer. I tried to call to report it, could not reach a live person. The next morning I called this location and after being placed on hold for a long time, I was told not to worry if any of my things were ruined because I had elected and paid for the SAFEMOVE coverage so if anything was damaged or molded from getting wet, I would be fine. Additionally, I was not offered a different truck to switch out for the truck that was substantially leaking. Today the insurance adjuster called me after reviewing my claim and said that it was denied because SAFEMOVE does not cover water damage. If the location had told me my shit would all be ruined and I wouldn't get reimbursed for it, I would've demanded a new truck. So now I am out several hundred dollars worth of my belongings, including sentimental items I can never get back, and U-HAUL got over $500 from me.
