I connected with Boomers on Yelp projects for a deep clean. The house was empty, but my kitchen and bathrooms could use a real scrub, so I wanted to hire someone professional. I showed the cleaners the parts I was hoping for a deep clean. I was able to clean them better, right after, with a Lysol wipe. I was so disappointed. The windows were mentioned to the cleaners several times... I checked them before they left and they were still pretty dirty - so they gave them a quick wipe with a rag. The bathtub had calcium dripping from the crevices. This was not worth the $340.. read more

I wanted to treat myself for my birthday by getting my house cleaned, and I have to say it was an excellent cleaning. They did a great job; the only thing I stressed was I wanted a deep clean, which I thought I was getting for the price, but some of the things I desired done were not included. That was my fault for not specifying what I wanted things to be cleaned inside of the appliances and vacuuming inside of my couch before booking the service. Recently hired Broomers to clean our home. Had a very reasonable quote, but the cleaning offered was significantly lower quality than I would expect for a home cleaning. There was visible dirt on the floors and counters, and rings on our toilets still. When I gave them this feedback they did offer to come back, but given the initial quality we opted to move on to a separate cleaner. The man I communicated with by phone and text was nice. However the overall service experience was not what I expected. Cleaners came to my home 2 hours early. I wasn't ready for them. The guy I booked the service with said the cleaners would wait but then he contacted me and told me the cleaners had an emergency and needed to go to the hospital and that the next set of cleaners couldn't arrive until an hour after my scheduled booking. 30 minutes after my scheduled booking I went outside and I saw a lady at my next door neighbor's house. The lady asked me if I lived at my neighborhood's house. I thought that was an odd question since I had just walked out my own front door (not my neighbors door). I told her "no, I live at the house that I just walked out of" while pointing back at my house. I went inside to call the company back and inquire about the arrival time of the cleaners. The guy told me that he'd call me back. After about 10 minutes the ladies who were next door came to my door. Now, we get a-lot of unusual solicitors in the neighborhood so I questioned what company they were with. She mentioned someone named Shelly. I told her my name is not Shelly. I asked her again what company she was with. She couldn't tell me. I called the cleaning company back again and asked what are the names and descriptions of the cleaners they were sending to my home. He had to get back to me. Later he texted me to inform me that the cleaners initially went to the wrong house. After all this confusion, I let the women in my home. Unfortunately, they apparently didn't speak or understand English very well. As they were cleaning my home a woman named Shelly called me and said she was from the cleaning company. She apologized that "the cleaners couldn't be at my home today" and wanted to know if she could send cleaning people to my home the next day. Nervously, I asked her who are the ladies in my home right now cleaning if they are not from the company I booked with and who are you because I had been communicating with a man from the company up until she called. Working with this company was confusing and stressful. Despite all the confusion, the thing that convinced me that I would not hire this company again is the integrity of the cleaners. While the ladies were cleaning I could hear that something got caught in their vacuum cleaner. I didn't want to get in the way of their cleaning so I waited until they were done. As they were leaving and getting in the car, I went to check on the room where I heard the vacuum got caught on something. I looked down and saw my foam rug in front of the refrigerator now had a small chuck taken out of it and the piece of rug was no where to be found. I grabbed the rug, took it outside and held it up so the cleaners who were in their car in my driveway could see that I'm aware that one of them damaged my rug with their vacuum. They just stared back at me as they say in the car. I threw the rug in the garbage and went back in the house. I can't trust cleaners like this who damage stuff and think they should leave without telling me that they damaged my rug. Honesty and integrity are important to me when hiring a cleaning service. An hour past their scheduled time, I called customer service and was told they had not heard from the staff and didn't know where they were. From a cleaning perspective, Broomers did a pretty good job. Not perfect, but overall good. The work completed was adequate There is room for improvement in two areas. The cleaning crew was highly talkative and borderline unprofessional in doing so. Talking loudly on the phone a lot, and also arguing with each other at times. Additionally, it took about 6 hours from start to finish. I was expecting it to be 3.5-4 hours maybe, and much quieter, so I elected to work from home. This turned out to be a mistake. It was hard to concentrate and I had a very unproductive day as a result. read more

The service they provide is the worst and does not meet any expectations. Before making a decision to choose them, they just said yes to every checklist that I wanted and made me believe that they would be doing a good deep cleaning. But the actual cleaning they did was very very poor. I did not see any changes in my house before and after they did the cleaning. Whatever I asked to do, the cleaning lady was not doing and was asking to make her extra payment if she has to do those cleaning. I would never use their service again and anyone who is planning to use them as a cleaning service would advise to have a second opinion before making a decision because the service they offer you over the phone does not meet the service they provided. read more

After gathering quotes and reading reviews for several cleaning companies, I decided to hire Broomers Cleaning Service to get my house cleaned before Thanksgiving. They sent two women to my house, Solenia (sp?) and Diana. The company immediately sent me the $339 invoice and asked me to pay via Zelle, including tip before my service was complete. The ladies were pleasant enough and did a deep cleaning service which took them about 3 hours in my ~2300sq. ft house. When they were finished cleaning, I did not get a chance to look at their work downstairs because the floors were wet from just being mopped, so I just told them it was ok to leave. Once the floors were dried and I looked around, I noticed several damages which I promptly reported to the company. A leather chair had been pushed into the wall, scratching the leather off the corner off the chair and leaving a large dark mark on my very light walls. In the kitchen I noticed dark spots all over the bottom of my toaster, which wouldn't come off when wiped as well as damage to several of my kitchen cabinets. The cabinets looked as though they were sprayed with a cleaner that damaged the finish. I am guessing it was oven cleaner, since it was on the cabinets next to the oven. The companies original response to me was we are sorry and will make sure it doesn't happen again. Upon telling them that wasn't sufficient they asked how they could make it right and I asked for a refund at a minimum. They would not refund me and offered me $1.50 for the damages caused - how insulting! The company said that the cleaners owned up the hitting the chair against the wall but they wouldn't own up to damaging my toaster and kitchen cabinets. I can only imagine that they lied because they were fearful that the company would fire them ore retaliate in some way for what was obviously an accident. Beware before hiring this company! Even though they are supposedly licensed and insured, they would not properly handle the damages they caused to my property. read more

Hired Broomers to do a move out deep clean of a house we were clear was dirty with a lot of dog hair. They asked on a scale of 1-5 how dirty is the house. We said 5 so that expectations were set. The day of they were booked at 12:00 with a 30 minute arrival window. They finally showed up at 1:15. I showed them the house, got everything situated and was told to come back 2 hours later to check on progress. I came back 2 hours later and the back door was unlocked and left wide open, no one was there and clearly nothing had been cleaned. When I called management, they were very kind and said this was horribly unprofessional and spoke to the cleaning crew, who apparently had said that the house was too dirty and they weren't being paid enough. I was VERY forgiving and rescheduled two days later for 1:00 pm, and was very clear they had to be there in the 30 min window because I had a 2 pm appointment. Day-of, we confirm everything. Then at 1:15 management tells me the crew will be there in an hour. I am able to reschedule my appointment, but I tell them if they are not there by 2:15 I'm canceling. 1:45 rolls around and they tell me the crew will be there at 3:30. I cancelled and told them I will certainly not be rebooking. The management was very kind the whole time, but this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE business practice. After two reschedulings, they only offered me $20 off for a 3rd scheduling. I politely declined the offer. read more

Hey Zain, I hope you are well. I wanted to provide updates from the cleaning service. Overall a very bad service. We won't be able to use your service again. - Arrived late with no notice and you guys were late last visit and you stated that there was a Flex Time to arrive when it was stated to my wife you had a flat tire and a Flex Time was not mentioned. - A piece of decoration was broken and no one came to let us know. We had to "find out" on our own even though it was compensated. - The work was considered done and the mirrors in the only restroom that was requested for full cleaning wasn't done - The shower was not cleaned and the cleaners had to come back and clean - the floors were just a let down. They used towels and their feet to clean the floors. And whatever chemical was used left a sticky residue - Dusting was to be the whole house and we were in the room and they never entered. They never cleaned any shutter upstairs and they did a good job last time - Left the door open for longer than expected when going in and out creating a safety concern. 3 women and a manager and too many misses for that many people to be in our home. I will write this in the Yelp review. Definitely an inconsistent job for such a seemingly simple task. If it's a cleaning service why can't they clean. read more
