Then I called Accident Attorney's Group. The receptionist answered and was very friendly. She seemed to genuinely care about me and said she would be happy to have me speak with an attorney right now. She transferred me to an Attorney named Cliff. He was very professional and was genuinely interested in my case. He made me feel at ease and he spoke to me as if I knew him for several years. After speaking with Cliff, he reassured me that my case will be handled timely and professionally and even offered to have his team come to me to get all the information needed to start my case. The next day a man named Edward came to visit me at my home. He was very nice and explained he used to work in law enforcement and has always been skeptical of attorneys until he himself was involved in a car accident and called AAG to represent him. He shared with me that he was so impressed with AAG that he decided to work for them. Ed took pictures of my truck as well as my statement of the accident. He also explained how the process works which really helped me understand things like my vechicle repair, medical bills and loss of wages. I now have a better understanding of what is to come, and feel confident on how my situation will be handled. I was needing an attorney for a child custody case. I ended up scheduling a Consultation & spoke to an attorney. I explained to them everything that had happened & why I was being served. The attorney stated she would be more than happy to represent me & that she would email me the forms over as well as the fees ( they offered payment plans ) & that I would need to send her my statement. Days pass by & I receive no emails..called & texted no reply..Then I finally receive a text message saying," I will resend it once I am back in front of my computer (still driving back from court sorry for the delayed response)".....still DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL...Day passes by again I reach out receive another response," Ah sorry! There was some issue with our crm/email that was causing a glitch (IT is admittedly not my area lol) but it should be fixed in about 30 mins they tell me and I'll send it off".....I did NOT receive an email....I waited for 2-3 weeks for an email that I NEVER received....I needed to submit a response in a week or less.. I eventually called them in tears, they didn't seem to care..This case is having to do with my child & it's not something I mess around with...I eventually gave up....
