She had it designed and a proof emailed to me in less than an hour. She had to have it made in her Fresno location and shipped to me via FedEx. Unfortunately fed x was not able to get it to me by the weekend so she went out of her way to make me a temporary vinyl to work out for the weekend until I received the banner. She showed up with her husband and apologized for not being able to fulfill the order as quick as I had hoped (keep in mind she was already awesome for trying to rush it to me and make it work). They even put the sign on the fence for us! I did indeed receive an awesome banner on Monday that was to a tee what we wanted. I can't express enough how great she is at communicating with her customers. I would and will 100% use her company again!
