Been client since late 80's until just recently. Bought dozens and dozens of hats/sweatshirts. Had hats made, 6 cheaper hats with embroidery done well but also bought 12 more expensive hats with embroidery done very poorly. They tried to fix the poorly done hats but failed. All I got back from them was "i'm Sorry for the quality" but with no offer whatsoever of cash refund. Would not go back and can no longer recommend anyone else read more

Let me start off by saying this is the best silk screening and embroidery place I have been to. I ordered some shirts for a family reunion and the shirts came out amazing. Very easy transaction and the graphic designer got the design just right. The silk screening itself was beautiful and I couldn't ask for anything better. Not only that but the customer service was very friendly and helpful. The owner, Fausto came out himself to speak to me about the silk screening and the order. Just completed the absolute WORST transaction with this company I have had in years. I placed an order for sweatshirts for my son's baseball team and was given a date to pick them up. The woman was new and I had a bad feeling about the complexity of my order being understood. The day the shirts were supposed to be ready came and went with no call from them. I had to leave to go on vacation shortly after and assumed that a call would come while I was away. When I returned there was still no call. So I immediately called S.A. I left a message which was not returned. I called them again and was put on hold while they looked into my order. Eventually the man I spoke with came on the phone and told me he would look into my problem and call me back. He did, an hour later, and informed me my order had never been placed, but that he had found it and put a rush on it. He told me it would be ready the next day and they would call me. They did not. I arrived to pick them up and the woman who helped me was cold and apathetic. I got my box of sweatshirts and left. When I got home there was a message on my machine asking me to call them to tell them which sweatshirts to embroider with what names! This was not addressed at the store by them at all. At no point in all of this was there an apology from any member of their staff. There was absolutely no interest in the fact that they had messed up my order so totally and that weeks of the baseball season had passed while they screwed everything up.
