Unfortunately fed x was not able to get it to me by the weekend so she went out of her way to make me a temporary vinyl to work out for the weekend until I received the banner. She showed up with her husband and apologized for not being able to fulfill the order as quick as I had hoped (keep in mind she was already awesome for trying to rush it to me and make it work). They even put the sign on the fence for us! I did indeed receive an awesome banner on Monday that was to a tee what we wanted. I was referred to Brinks by our previous engraver who closed down their shop. I reached out and talked to Nidal, who was not only very friendly, but very knowledgeable. I basically gave him very little direction and left things in his hands; after all, he's the professional. I told him what I wanted etched, where I wanted it etched, and just told him to do whatever he thought was best. I gave him a two-week deadline, but of course the boss asked if we could get it sooner and Nidal came through. We were able to get it back in about 7-8 days.
