Despite that, he sent me another message -- this time pressuring me to remove my review and essentially blaming me for everything. To be clear: I paid my bill. I acknowledged it was late. What I cannot accept is being threatened with a lien on my home over $250, and then being personally harassed by the business owner when I shared my honest experience. I stand by my review. Reviews exist so customers can share their experiences, good or bad, without being intimidated into silence. For me, this stopped being about a sprinkler bill a long time ago -- it's about how a company chooses to treat people. Claudio made sure everything was clean, straight and nicely finished. It was exactly what I wanted and could have hoped for. Nothing was overlooked and no corners were cut at all. It gave me the impression that he was doing the job as if he was doing it for his grandmother and wanted to be proud of the final product. The only reason that it's not 5 stars is because scheduling was hard to predict. I didn't really know when the job was going to happen. It made me nervous and gave me unneeded stress. My wife wanted me to cancel and try someone else. In the end, I'm glad that Claudio and his crew were the ones I stuck with.
