They were so helpful: they had a number of recommendations, visited the apartment to see what might work the best, got an estimate to me very quickly and then scheduled the job on a date that worked for me. They not only did the frost-film with a 3/4" clear frame, but suggested a clear security film (making the windows harder to break) to go under the frost.
