He came back twice and added tar around the skylight. It still leaked. He told me it was a homemade skylight and had to be replaced. I called a different roofing company. They dug out the tarred he slapped on and sealed it properly. No problems or leaks since then. They also identified the manufacturer of the skylight (not homemade) I left him messages asking to be reimbursed for the cost to repair his work. He never responded.

Then the housing was not put in place properly nor was the chimney flashed. I called him months ago to fix the chimney housing and he claimed when he came back to look at it that HE DOES NOT DO CHIMNEYS! He did a temporary fix and said he would come back to permanently fix it after he had surgery. After multiple texts and calls he still has not fixed our leak. The water drips down the side of the chimney right into the basement! Now he claims that the chimney flashing and housing install WAS NOT PART OF THE JOB paid for! WHAT A JOKE! He also claims that he does not get messages and he is VERY RUDE over the phone. HE HAS HUNG UP ON ME! He claims he is insured so I will find out soon when I take him to court.
