Overhead door sent a serviceman the same day who fixed my door and not only got it closed for house security but also got it working so that it would go up and down so that the people staying and pet sitting could actually use the door and the garage! I was beyond pleased and amazed that they could fix it that fast! When I get home from my out-of-town emergency, I am contacting them and I'm going to get my garage doors replaced and upgraded. But I had to say something about the emergency service because it was over and above and if I could give 10 stars I would.!!!! I am extremely pleased and grateful and recommend overhead door without any reservations!!!!! This is the second time in the last decade that they have come to our house and an emergency service that went over and above expectations!!! Now I can't wait to see what they do when I pick out new doors and have them install installed!!!
