He apologized for my bad experience and attributed my bad experience to poor training with the sales associate which includes Store policy, product warranty information and for me loading the chair in my car. He followed with the chair should have been loaded into my car by someone from their warehouse which is across the street. Jamie explained that the restocking fee only applies to the special order of a new office chair and not one they had on hand in their warehouse and said he would refund the rest of my money today. A short while later he called again to say the refund has been issued.
