He apologized for my bad experience and attributed my bad experience to poor training with the sales associate which includes Store policy, product warranty information and for me loading the chair in my car. He followed with the chair should have been loaded into my car by someone from their warehouse which is across the street. Jamie explained that the restocking fee only applies to the special order of a new office chair and not one they had on hand in their warehouse and said he would refund the rest of my money today. A short while later he called again to say the refund has been issued. I think any business has the ability to provide good service, however, I think that true quality is when a business shows how well they treat unhappy customers and address problems or issues. While many things through this review were NOT their fault at all, I think they way the guys handled everything was just so above and beyond. I also believe that this is a very arbitrary business line to be in, as technology is always changing, and I think many part orders and variations are out of the control of those doing the repairs. So, here goes... When I called to get a quote on my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge screen that had been shattered, Brandon ordered me a new screen that day, because, he informed me, they don't stock many parts like that in their store in order to keep the costs down for customers in case the parts get cheaper, which I'm sure they do. They ordered me a new screen, I stopped in to have Shawn install it for me. Well, poor Shawn had a mishap while installing my screen, and accidentally broke the back cover. (I watched youtube tutorials on how to remove it, and, there is no easy way. I'm surprised he actually removed it in the first place!) Well Shawn felt bad about having cracked glass on my screen, he nearly drove me to Verizon himself to buy me a case for it, he felt so bad. Shawn ordered me a new back, and also ordered me ANOTHER front LCD display, since the one that he had put on was defective (an issue from the supplier, NOT ifixnmore.) I could tell that Shawn and Brandon felt TERRIBLE about this, Shawn dropped what he was doing the day I came in for my final screen and back replacement, and he completed my repair within 40 mins. The S6 Edge is difficult, and Shawn is the only one in the store who has "mastered" the repair, which he did flawlessly, I might add. He also insisted on ordering me a warrantied, tempered glass screen protector. He refused to let me pay for it, and had it shipped directly to my house. The guys also guarantee their parts, regardless of the supplier. They also accidentally quoted me a lower price for the LCD screen over the phone originally, but then insisted on still keeping the original quote after they realized the mess-up, even if it meant they broke even on the part and made nothing on the repair. They cared enough about keeping their word, and truly tried to find me the most economical, quality supplier in order to keep costs down. Go see these guys, you will NOT regret it!

No, it is too expensive compared to other consumer choices (USPS or UPS) But... when a company sends me a prepaid option, FedEx will always be the pick!! You simply print out the return on normal paper. Box it up. They provide the label sleeve for your paper and they have the most well-laid out self service kiosk for you to handle all the rest. Bonus points - when you scan in your package, they even tell you, if you missed the current pickup window for the day and when your package will next be shipped. Flawless, simple, quick! Exactly what it should be to do a return.
