Later in the year, I noticed a crack in the foundation where the slab was poured. I hired a structural engineer to diagnose this problem. They came to the conclusion it was likely caused by equipment hitting the house. The owner said it wasn't their fault and wouldn't cover the cost of the engineer. There were other issues too like them using the wet-look sealer when I asked for matte with the anti-slip additive. All in all, a bad experience.
