For appetizers, we ordered the Wild Mushroom Brie & Ciabatta. $19 Seared Brie Cheese, brandy glazed belle mushrooms, balsamic reduction, fig chutney; served with Ciabatta toast points. This was good. Cowboy Calamari. $19 Breaded Flat iron sirloin steak bites, fried; served with gravy. I was so looking forward to these but I couldn't even taste the meat.....at all! They were so overly breaded and the steak cut so thin that we felt we were just eating the breading. The gravy was tasty but we couldn't finish the steak bites as we just didn't taste any steak. We split a Cedar Room Wedge. $16 Iceberg, bacon bits, tomatoes, cucumbers, blue cheese crumbles; served with dressing of choice. They split it on two plates and basically did a deconstructed salad. I have to admit that I didn't really think through eating a take out steak with plasticware, but for the most part it was tender enough to work. The steak was closer to rare than medium rare but still delicious, and my pups got a few of the rarer pieces.
