The item was delayed by manufacturer due to build delays. Brouwer Relocation delivered the item. They called the day before to notify me they would be delivering. They provided a 4 hour window for delivery. On delivery day, they called 30 minutes prior to delivery to notify delivery time. They were on time. They were professional. They were polite. They had the 3 boxes unloaded within 10 minutes. read more

The pick up experience was good the staff were really professionals. But the delivery timings to the destination is not upto the mark. It might take weeks if not months for the things to start moving. They just pick up the goods and store it in their Sioux falls location and that's it . No movement . read more

I had many issues with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. The issues I experience include: late arrivals, men not in uniform, men smoking on my property, multiple breaks that were not discounted in the final total, taking social calls while on the job, and refusal to pay for damage to my property. Go elsewhere if you are looking for a company that prioritizes professionalism and customer service. read more

I can recommend Brouwer Relocation for a move of any distance - they moved us over 700 miles. From the preparation to loading to unloading, they were professional. Their loading and unloading crews also appeared to enjoy their job - their banter was entertaining, and they were VERY polite. The only reason I hope never to use them again, is that I hope never to move again. read more

A friend recommended this company to us and when we shopped around, it seemed to be the best place…read morein town for our buck. They told us we would have 3 movers at $45/hr per mover and gave us a maximum estimate of $300 for our 2 bed/2 bath apartment, which seemed reasonable. The day of our move, instead of 3 movers, there were 4. The entire time, under my supervision, I felt like I was watching 4 bulls handle our belongings. In less than 3 hours, they managed to rip our mattress, shatter our irreplaceable lampshade, break one of the drawers in our dresser and scratch our dining room table. The lead mover gave us $45 off to cover the lampshade, which was an estimate he made off the top of his head. Our balance due was over $100 over the initial estimate. We called the company after the movers left to complain and they asked us to send photos of the damage. We did. They never contacted us again. This company is ridiculous. There's no service agreement. There are no guarantees. And they should have never gotten our business.

I had an absolute pleasure communicating with each person from this company. We initially had an issue with our order and before it could even get to us, we were contacted and given options on what to do. They were friendly, efficient, and helpful on all fronts. To the coordinator to the delivery men...we were taken care of completely. The customer service was beyond excellent and I would highly recommend them for your moving needs. Really prompt! I was worried my 8am to 12pm delivery time frame would mean they'd come at the last minute as close to noon as they could. Gratefully they came about 9:30 or so! Was very happy I had to work at 1pm and didn't need to feel rushed. Never done business with them before but great service and would enjoy working with again for any of my delivery needs :) read more

The delivery team I had, for a Wayfair order, went above and beyond when we determined that the item was damaged. They contacted Wayfair to find out what we should do next and they took the item back. I appreciate the time they took to make sure it was handled properly.
