They went beyond my expectations. For the price charged it felt like taking a child's cookie jar. I highly recommend this to everybody.

I frequently shop at this At Home location, but after what I witnessed on Friday, June 12th (around…read more4:30 pm), I don't think I'll be back. I was near the checkout shopping when I overheard a male customer politely ask a cashier if certain items were on sale. Instead of a normal, polite response, the cashier, a middle-aged woman with black hair, snapped at him, aggressively stating they were clearly marked as not on sale. The customer was completely taken aback (so was I frankly) but he stayed entirely calm, simply mentioning that the aisle signage was a bit confusing. The cashier doubled down, yelling louder and more aggressively that it "wasn't her problem if he couldn't read the sign." It was so hostile I almost walked out right then. It got worse. Another man (unclear if it was a customer or someone else) came in from the parking lot, got directly in the male customer's face, and became incredibly aggressive, to the point where I genuinely thought the man from the parking lot was going to get physical with the customer. Instead of de-escalating, the cashier started yelling over them again. Through all of this, the customer remained completely composed, paid for his items, and prepared to leave. As he walked out, the cashier threw a loud, incredibly sarcastic "have a good day and come again" after him. The way this employee treated a calm customer asking a simple question was completely unacceptable. It made me so uncomfortable that I set my items down and walked out without buying anything. Everyone has bad days, but this went way beyond that it was disrespectful and disappointing. I will be hard pressed to return to the store if this is the way they treat their customers.

I have to say that this At Home store beats my local store in Florida by a mile! Everything here is…read morevery well organized. The quality is still the same, so remember that you get what you pay for. The store has accessible options for everyone. I can appreciate the care taken while displaying furniture here. At my local store, everything is dinged up and they don't offer any more discounts. I didn't see any dents or scratches on the furniture here. It was so pleasant to walk through the store. Of course, I had a million ideas while pacing the aisles. This location restored my hope in At Home. You could decorate your entire home at the store if you wanted to. They are currently not requiring masks. I did notice a couple of employees wearing them.

I paid almost 13k that day and they placed the orders....they said it will be around 8 weeks. I said no problem fast forward weeks they called and said hey good news and bad news . Good news your shower is in bad news we FORGOT to order your master shower. Took about 5 weeks to get that one they forgot to order. I get the showers installed they look amazing now time to measure for the custom doors sent the measurements to handyman and they ordered the glass fast forward another month and doors are here time to install and yet the glass door hits the accent border, they tell me there is nothing they can do and the only thing I can do is but notch my CUSTOM shower... thought we were trying to avoid this hence CUSTOM shower they messed up and now I have to deal with it and hack up my brand new shower all in all a horrible experience

Cost more than $200, but we thought it would be of good quality. Big mistake! Drove home [60+ miles] and when we opened the boxes, were stunned at the poor quality of the materials and how flimsy everything was. The towel bars literally flex when you touch them, the brackets to attach to the wall were less than 1" across. As we are selling the house, we pray they will hold up until we sell. BURNED. Will not ever buy from this place again.

Brought it back and they said it needed new parts. It has been 6 weeks and every time I call they say that Bosch does not have the parts on hand but they will get back to me. They don't call back so I called again and this time I asked for the part numbers so I could call Bosch myself. Matt the service tech was going to transfer me to the other phone so he could get me the parts numbers. Only problem was he didn't get the phone hung up and I could hear him tell his boss he was sick of me calling. When he picked up the other phone I was able to get the part numbers from him and then I told him I would like to talk to his boss because I heard everything he said about me. He said she was on the phone but he would have her call me. She never did. By the way when I called Bosch to check on the parts they had them all in stock and could ship the same day. The next day I called back to Tool Depot and talked to Rachel who is Matt's boss and she didn't seem to worried about the way I was treated. She told me the reason the parts were not in is because they ordered them with a bundle of other parts for other customers. So one person tells me Bosch does not have the parts and then the boss tells me they bundle order the parts and that is why they are not in. Don't expect speed when you bring something here to be fixed. Next time I will go to Stan Houston.
