There are SO many amazing cheeses out there--I'll never understand why any restaurant--aside from fast food ones--use American cheese. It would be a lot better with real cheese. I hate peanut butter in beer (like it's the worst thing ever created, ew), but peanuts WITH beer is a great idea. I had the bitterblond, scotch, barleywine, and tripel. They were all top quality. I gave the scotch away though. Too peaty for me. All in all a very cool place to hang out. If I had longer time in the city, I would've returned for sure.
