I had microblading done with Kler less than one year ago. I went back to her again 2 months later as I needed a lot of touch up. After 2 weeks I sent Kler a photo of my eyebrows and explained that the treatment did not work and I needed another touch up. I live in Key West so every time I had a date to go up to Boca Raton, Kler was away teaching. I finally was able to go up during my evacuation from Key West due to Hurricane Irma. They again had no openings with Kler and said its been too long and we will have to charge you for the touch up. I said it wasn't done right and you have the photo. They said sorry we'll have to charge you. Again even if I wanted to pay Kler she was not available for at least another month. Then I agreed to go to her assistant because I figured she has to be better than Kler. I got a sinus infection the day before the appointment due to hurricane cleanup and told them I should cancel as they stated that infections were a problem with this procedure. They refused to refund my deposit. Not to mention I was a Hurricane evacuee and they were completely heartless to say the least. Please do yourself a favor and find another professional. read more
