She gave me specific instructions to follow before my first appointment to help me be best prepared for the procedure. Her directions for exfoliation were thorough and clear; and this is a key step to having any hair removal procedure to avoid skin irritation and ingrown hair. I'm excited to keep going and see the hair growth diminish on my legs. I get horrible razor burn, so this has been the best thing for me. Christina is happy to help with any other skin questions I have, giving suggestions of things to avoid and things to try that I already have at home... I had$50 haircuts before at other salons, and they were freaking amazing. This wasn't worth $45. I also did a single color process and I ended up with "hot roots". I thought I'd give it a few weeks for the rest of the ends to fade but the roots are definitely much lighter than the rest of my hair. If I paid over $120 for a cut and one process color, I'd expect a great job at least. My hairstylist, Dasha replied and offered to correct it for free but sadly, I decided not to go back and go somewhere else. I'll have someone else correct it because I fear, it will be repeated. Sucks because I dye my hair all the time, and this is the first time in 2 years, I let my natural hair grow out only to end up with "hot roots"
