I go here when my other brow artist isn't available. The service really depends on who you get. My last experience was not the greatest because the woman was on the phone as she was doing my brows. Not only that, it was very painful and she ripped the thread multiple times during the service. I would only recommend this place if you're in a pinch for time and don't have any other options. Got my lashes done the 31st with a friend , it's now the 3rd and all my lashes came out. these were supposed to be LASH EXTENSIONS! no reason my lashes should be coming out this soon after the young girl told me they would stay on for 2 weeks they fell out after 3 days. After the first day i had to go buy lash glue because my corners started lifting. My friend had a coupon for $15 off and we stood there for 30 minutes arguing with the lady because she was trying to charge more on top after using the coupon. Very disappointed in the service and the place itself was just not relaxing. Will not be returning to get my lashes done here again. read more

MY EYEBROWS ARE GONE! If I could give 0 stars I would. Asked for a clean up and left with less than half my eyebrows left. She completely took away my arch and made then super thin. And she cut me which I didn't notice until I was in my car, just below my right eyebrow is bleeding. Horrible customer service she told me I didn't have any eyebrows to begin with... like what?! NEVER GO HERE! I've contacted the company via there website and haven't heard back yet. Don't go here unless you want to be left with no eyebrows and bleeding. You HAVE to go to Nina. She doesn't thread off your entire eyebrow, she shapes your eyebrow very nicely AND quickly, so you're not in pain for very long, and she's great to talk to!!! read more

Honestly, for a walk-in eyebrow place inside of a mall, I thought it was a pretty good experience. The woman who threaded my brows did a great job cleaning them up and ignoring me feeling like I was going to sneeze the whole time. She even gave me a tissue when she was done because my eyes were watering! The service wasn't overly friendly, but it honestly was fine. I was in and out in probably 15 minutes tops and there were two people before me. Maybe I lucked out getting good service, but honestly if you need your eyebrows done and don't want to pay a lot then I would stop in. I will probably visit again! read more

I always go here when I'm back home visiting and I've NEVER been greeted like my presence and/or business is appreciated. How 'bout a smile? How 'bout treating your customers like you want their business? It takes more energy to appear as though your life sucks and customers get on your nerves. I only endured the funky vibe because I was desperate not to have wooly mammoth eyebrows, and there was one lady (i think she's the owner) who did an awesome job. Well, for the past two visits someone else has been there and to my dismay, she jacked my eyebrows up both times! Yes, I told her very thoroughly what I wanted and either she screwed up the shape completely, while thinning them out too much or had one eyebrow looking different than the other. Still the same ole depressed, unhappy demeanor and palpable negative energy in that place. Pissed me off so much, I was moved to write this review. NO MORE. read more

For the most part, they do a good job here. They have some great employees who do a fantastic job, and some that are less friendly. All depends on who you get and apparently, what mood they are in. Very little oversight if any. read more

First off let me just say how the previous reviews scared me to go here, but I gave it a shot since I was shopping around the mall. When I first came in, I noticed the brow artist herself had beautiful full brows. She took me in immediately, finished me in less than 10 min. She did a wonderful job! I had so much trouble finding the one brow artist in Ohio as I am new to the state. She kept my eyebrows as full as possible and I am so happy I took that one shot. Horrible customer service. Will not be returning. Walked in and waited 5 minutes at the counter while the worker was sitting on her phone and eating. No other customers were even in the store. After 5 minutes of waiting around to be helped the woman finally acknowledged me and yelled that she was on break and that we needed to return in 10 minutes. Since when is it okay to close 3 hours before the close of business posted? If you're supposed to be open until 9, do it. It shouldn't be based on what the person working *feels* like working at the time. I drive to this mall after work expecting to be able to walk in fully knowing they would be open for 3 more hours.
