She gave me specific instructions to follow before my first appointment to help me be best prepared for the procedure. Her directions for exfoliation were thorough and clear; and this is a key step to having any hair removal procedure to avoid skin irritation and ingrown hair. I'm excited to keep going and see the hair growth diminish on my legs. I get horrible razor burn, so this has been the best thing for me. Christina is happy to help with any other skin questions I have, giving suggestions of things to avoid and things to try that I already have at home... I had$50 haircuts before at other salons, and they were freaking amazing. This wasn't worth $45. I also did a single color process and I ended up with "hot roots". I thought I'd give it a few weeks for the rest of the ends to fade but the roots are definitely much lighter than the rest of my hair. If I paid over $120 for a cut and one process color, I'd expect a great job at least. My hairstylist, Dasha replied and offered to correct it for free but sadly, I decided not to go back and go somewhere else. I'll have someone else correct it because I fear, it will be repeated. Sucks because I dye my hair all the time, and this is the first time in 2 years, I let my natural hair grow out only to end up with "hot roots"

Yes it hurts, you're getting hair ripped out but the girls are super international and are efficient and effective. Typically 15 ish mins start to finish. The pain only last the 2-3 seconds for each strip. On the more sensitive strips they will make sure I am breathing with the strips so it feels better. Highly recommend!

She did a great job and did get most of it even some of the short ones I was surprised! Tan was my first time ever and it's a little early to tell but it seems even. It was the Venetian rapid. I appreciate her honesty when spotting splotchiness and removing to redo it, I hope it all settles right and her tips with barrier application really helped minimize darkness on the rough areas. Way to go Chanel!
