This was my first experience with eyebrow threading. If you've never done this before... Prepare yourself for the Sting but really nice looking eyebrows after. The lady performing it was not very chatty at all but seemed pleasant and nice. The cost was only $11 for eyebrows plus tip which I thought was a great value. She worked fast and I believe it only took four minutes tops! We recommend using the one that has a shop instead of the one inside the mall aisle. read more

I enjoy the unique experience of threading. I prefer it to waxing any day. The only down fall to this business is that the wait time is often long. There is only ever one person working and the wait can be awhile. I have always had good service and enjoyed the quality of the work done. I recommend giving it a try at least once. Stay away! To be fair, they give good service, but they shafted us! Took the girlfriend there to get her eyebrows done. When the woman finished with her, she said "C'mon. You try" over-and-over in a thick, broken accent. She said TWICE "No charge. You try. You will like." I heard it. My girlfriend heard it. She shaped my brows nicely and when it came time to pay, she charged us for two brow threadings! I was thinking, "Okay, maybe I mis-heard her" and just attempted to pay. My account had a low balance and the charge was declined. I moved money over and she ran the card again - this time for the full amount. The next day I checked my account balance and I was charged twice. One charge for $12.68 and the other for the full $22 (final charges, not pending). I went back in to get the refund of the $12.68 and the same woman was working. She looked at the charges I printed from my account. She refused at first saying "2 brows. $22." This is because I mentioned the fact that she charged us for two brow threadings after saying "No charge" for mine and then the additional charge of $12.68. She said "Oh what is that?" like she was considering giving me the $12.68. She said this twice when another customer walked up and she told me to wait. I asked for the manager's phone number and she said that she was the manager. I asked for the owner's phone number and she refused. I got fed up with her and left. I have since attempted to contact Simon Malls (parent of Battlefield Mall) and the Brow Art corporate headquarters with no response. I would recommend avoiding this place if you don't want to lose money. read more

The girls here are always so kind and profesional.Shira is a amazing artist, she has done hair for many years and excels in k owing how to sculpt perfect brows, she does my hair and I get all complements. Katie and Jessica are amazing with their clients needs and expectations. The line can be long sonetimes but it is because they are taking their time and making sure the brows look perfect, don't be afraid if you aren't happy with how they look, all these clients acting happy then going home and writing a complaint is not helpful for improvement to any business, if your brows need more work say something and give these girls a chance to fix it instead of bad reviews.I had my eyebrows goofed up once and they fixed it and didn't charge me because of the miscommunication and even apologized for my trouble. DO NOT RUIN YOUR EYEBROWS by trying this place! I was kind, told the lady what I wanted, and tipped her at the end. My eyes were watering after threading so when she handed me the mirror I was very disappointed but I hoped it was just the angle or my tears distorting my view. Once I left the store I immediately found a mirror and was horrified. I have naturally good eyebrows and asked for her to leave them thick and clean them up a bit(this is what I say every time and I always leave satisfied.) I've never been so embarrassed of my brows. I've never seen them this thin. You can tell she has an older, 2000's approach because the "angle" is now very weird and round and the tail is hopelessly thin. I'm NEVER going back to this place. The sweet Indian girls that worked here before moved to a new location and my business is going to follow them. The lady that ruined mine was an older white 30-40 something brunette. I never leave negative reviews for businesses but I made a point to download the app and add my review to hopefully save anyone else from having horrible eyebrows. I'm headed to ULTA as soon as I can to buy new brow products since my normally quick makeup routine will now include painting on fake brows every single day until mine grow back in. I plan to use growth serums for now and possibly even dye my brow skin to give the appearance of decent brows. read more

Absolutely horrible. Stay away. Avoid at all cost. The last time I went, an older lady was working. She was really rough and hard on my eyebrows, she took off about 1/2 inch of the INSIDE of my eye brow. I was bleeding, and she didn't even care. Was really rude. I had been a few times before. I had to draw on an eyebrow to even them out for about 12 weeks before it grew back correctly. read more

Absolutely do NOT go to this place. I have been growing out my brows from the last bad experience i had here, and i decided to go back and give them another chance because it was a different lady. little did i know i was setting myself up for failure. I have thick brows and the lady took off a whole inch of hair from the inner brow and they are completely uneven. IT LOOKS TERRIBLE AND MY FACE LOOKS LOPSIDED. Not to mention she made eyebrows super thin when i specifically said i just want the edges cleaned up. These people are nice but don't know what they are doing. So now im going to spend a couple months regrowing my eyebrows again, thanks to this place. Horrible experience. read more
