Do they do henna art on the arms and hands?

Yes! Or at least they have before, but the owner asks you to call ahead to schedule because I think she brings someone in for it. They aren't always there on site.

I did a pedicure and massage, scheduling appointments for myself and sister. They were able to accommodate the appointments and keep us together. The pedicure was wonderful. They spent significant time to ensure my legs and feet were smooth and the polish was perfectly applied. They used a quick drying polish which enables the massage to be scheduled after the pedicure. There were lots of colors to choose from. I enjoyed the copper pot soak with lemons and flower petals. The coconut scrub was heavenly and the hot towels felt so refreshing. Next up was the massage. I did the 60 minute relaxation massage. Soft music and pleasing aromas accompanied the massage. It was wonderful. The pressure was effective but not too hard to be uncomfortable. I left feeling very relaxed. Again, I loved the hot towels and essential oils used during the process. When we drove up, I wasn't expecting what looked like a home but entering the front door and being treated so well, plus the amazing aromas emanating from the room, I knew I was in the right place. I didn't take any pics because I was enjoying myself so much. I did buy some products before I left and snapped a pic. Their products were very reasonable priced and I'm excited to try them out at home. Great experience!

The removal process burned my skin and sent debris flying onto my hands, which was ignored. The entire service felt rushed with little concern for comfort or quality. I noticed bubbles in the top coat after leaving and returned to have them fixed. I was rushed again, and the fix was superficial. Bubbles are still visible and the nails are below standard. 2 stars only because they attempted to fix it. Pictures are after the attempt to fix them.

I've been coming to this salon consistently since I moved nearby in April. I loved the convenience, the walk-in flexibility, and the overall experience.....until now. Two days after my appointment last Friday, my nails already looked wrong. The polish began peeling, and one nail had clear grooves where the gel dried improperly. I've been getting gel nails for almost ten years, across multiple salons, and I have never had results like this. I finally found time to stop by and explain the issue. Helen greeted me at the door with a smile, but the moment I calmly explained the situation, her attitude shifted to irritation. I told her this was my first time using that particular gel brand, and something clearly went wrong. When I asked to switch to a different brand in a similar color to avoid the same issue again, she acted annoyed and flatly told me it would cost $33. To be clear, this wasn't a "I don't like the color" situation. The product failed. Yet she insisted she could only redo the two damaged nails using the same brand unless I paid extra. After spending so much money, and after months of being a loyal, easygoing client who never complains, that response was unacceptable. This was genuinely terrible customer service, and I wish I never had to go through it. Stephany, please be more careful with gel application so another customer doesn't have to deal with what I did. I won't be returning.

But people need to know about her. She deserves to be recognized and known. I'll start with when my friend and I walked in, greeted and felt welcomed. We arrived early, expected to wait we were about maybe 20 mins early. No big deal if we did have to wait. Both the ladies that were at the front were nice and knowledgeable. Definitely tried to talk to us and calm our nerves as it's our firs time doing anything like this. Received a brochure in regards to other add-on services and a list of do's and don'ts. Didn't get to sit down and wait very long before Samantha called me in. She and I hit it right off the bat. Conversation was smooth. We were vibing. The room was clean and well kept. My only thing was it could've been swept up a little bit more as I did see some hair and stuff on the floor near the chair when we walked in. Told her it was my first time and that I was really nervous. But she made the whole process smooth. No pun intended. LOL! I got my first Brazillian, it was definitely nerve racking but she talked with me the whole way through and tried to keep my mind off of it. Worked for some parts and didn't work for others. Not her fault or anything, my pain tolerance is low. LOL! Before I knew it, we were done. Thank the lord! Overall, it wasn't bad. She was great. I MAY do it again. Not sure yet, but I'm definitely open to the idea, for sure. When we were done, she walked me out. Went over a list of do's and don'ts. It was nice. Checked out and paid for my services and left gratuity for her in cash. Definitely will be back and I'll book with Samantha when I consider doing this again.

The person doing the wax was nice but completely rushed the whole process making the wax itself terrible. Didn't allow the wax to cure making the pull so painful. It should be noted: it is basic: just wash and blowout.. no options for style unless you want to pay extra. The woman I had been to 3 times before is no longer working there which saddened me beyond belief! I was with a new esthetician, which it was her first day. I was patient during the 2.5+ hour mani and pedi. I asked for a few things to be touched up on my mani and she obliged. I didn't want to overwhelm her, but it ended up looking a bit worse. The owner did come over and touch up my pedi after she looked it over. I was left a little more than taken back as I checking out as I was charged $80 for all three services. Which should have been $65. I had spent 3.5 hours in the salon and was left with less than lovely nails and a larger bill than anticipated. As soon as I returned home I called the salon to politely express my uneasiness with my mani and charges. The blowout special was $50 and the mani is $15. That does not equal $80. She seemed surprised that I would voice my concern and offered $10 off my next appointment!?. I asked if I could have the other nail technician repaint my nails since I was not happy with them and she stated she would call me back. No return call, so I called back the following morning and left a message. The receptionist texted me offering to charge me $5 to repaint my nails. I responded and politely declined as I felt I was not being treated fairly- overcharged, unsatisfactory chipping mani and now wanting me to pay to have it corrected. She responded to that they were going to reimburse me once I came in. It just all felt very unprofessional. In closing I am going with my gut instinct and look for a new salon. Sadly.
