I moved here in May, so I was pretty nervous about finding the right lash artist in the area, and I absolutely love my lash experience here! LRA is located inside a shared office building that has plenty of parking available. Once you enter the main lobby go to the right and make the first left down the hall, and you'll see suite 5! It's an intimate studio with two lash artist on site. Jonelle is the main artist at LRA, and I believe she's head honcho as well lol. My first few experiences here were with Emilee, who's a new lash artist at LRA, and she was great! Emilee has amazing skills when it comes to classic sets and volume sets, and perhaps when she starts practicing with mega volume I'll come back to her, but I'm obsessed with mega volume sets right now, so I've been booking with Jonelle lately. Jonelle is A M A Z I N G ! By far, the best lash experience I've had anywhere. She doesn't pinch my eyes when removing and applying lashes, which is a huge thing for me because once I start getting pinched, my eyes start watering, and it makes the entire lash experience dreadful for both myself and whoever is lashing me. I book mega volume sets with Jonelle, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I didn't feel what so ever at anytime she was rushing the whole time. Karen was/is very professional. The office was very cleaned. I'm very happy with the results. Yes, my eyes still hurts but putting ice pack on both eyes help. I was given a small pouch with cream, Q-tips, and a small empty container. This is the first time ever I am writing a review but I think it is worth to warn others…read more The first time that I called to make an appointment I made it clear that I was going to get married in 4 months. I sent pictures of my eyebrows and asked her to keep the shape of my eyebrows the same, but just to darken them. Then, I went in for my appointment and Karen mentioned that I had too much space between my eyebrows. I insisted that I didn't care because I like the shape of my eyebrows. She recommended that she use a different technique that didn't allow her to map out the shape before starting. Again, I indicated that I didn't want her to change the shape of my eyebrows or extend them. However, that was completely disregarded. As she started to fill in my brows, I felt that she was filling in further than my natural brow and I immediately asked her to stop. She said that she would go back and clean it up with saline later but she wanted me to see how it looked ( keep in mind that this is a tattoo!). Even though I was shocked by my shocking results (see pictures below--I included a "before" picture for context) I was told not to worry about it because the day after the redness would heal and it would look more like my natural brow. They did not heal. I lost 3 days of work because of this. I went in to speak with Karen about my results and it was clear that she was not willing to take responsibility. She continues to state that this was my fault. She recommended that I clean the brows with detergent (please don't ever do this--that is NOT safe!) Initially, she refused to even refund my service. She doesn't have liability insurance which is a red flag for someone who does tattoos. I'm a month out from my wedding and my eyebrows still have not fully healed (pictures below). I followed up with 2 doctors and they could not believe what Karen has done to my eye brows. The mental stress that I have experienced for the last months, added to the physical PERMANENT DAMAGE on my face, unsafe recommendations, disrespectful and blaming communication has been traumatizing. I hope that my review can help others to avoid this awful experience I had.

It's lowered my makeup time so much, all I have to do is foundation and lipstick and go! SYDNEY, is literally the best things I've come across for lashing. I've been getting my lashes done for well over 10 years. I only recently found Sydney about 2 1/2 years ago and I could not be happier. Every time I see Sydney she always always always goes above in beyond. Her energy and spirit fills the room and gives you a sense of feeling safe secure and in the best hands. Just knowing the outcome is going to be everything you asked for. She takes her time to listen and makes sure you are more than happy and comfortable with your outcome. She makes sure you leave feeling beautiful, confident, and lashed to the fullest. I've probably seen her over 30 times in our years of knowing her. Never once have I been let down or upset about my lashes not being fulfilled to my ask. ALSO and this is the big one! Sydney uses UV light to seal the lashes and just WOW! Since using the UV I went from getting regular fills approx every 2/3 weeks to keep them fullest. Now with the UV light I don't see Sydney for fills for at least 5/6 weeks. THEY ARE LASTING THAT LONG! FIVE /SIX WEEKS NO FILL! That's almost unheard of.
