If you are looking for a lash goddess that understands what you want and literally paints you like a canvas with your exact specifications. SYDNEY, is literally the best things I've come across for lashing. I've been getting my lashes done for well over 10 years. I only recently found Sydney about 2 1/2 years ago and I could not be happier. Every time I see Sydney she always always always goes above in beyond. Her energy and spirit fills the room and gives you a sense of feeling safe secure and in the best hands. Just knowing the outcome is going to be everything you asked for. She takes her time to listen and makes sure you are more than happy and comfortable with your outcome. She makes sure you leave feeling beautiful, confident, and lashed to the fullest. I've probably seen her over 30 times in our years of knowing her. Never once have I been let down or upset about my lashes not being fulfilled to my ask. ALSO and this is the big one! Sydney uses UV light to seal the lashes and just WOW! Since using the UV I went from getting regular fills approx every 2/3 weeks to keep them fullest. Now with the UV light I don't see Sydney for fills for at least 5/6 weeks. THEY ARE LASTING THAT LONG! FIVE /SIX WEEKS NO FILL! That's almost unheard of. Okay but really go to Sydney for all your lash goals! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Caylana asked me what I disliked about my lashes and we adjusted some length and added in brown so they're not as bold. I'm very happy with the end result. Went in for a lammy less than a week go and my left brow skin was burned/ripped by a new tech. When I tried to contact her to tell her what happened and sent photos she stated she doesn't see the injury when it was clear as day. She stated I had an allergic reaction? On one brow? I don't think so. Not only that the tint with my lamination is completely gone. I waited over 24hr to wash my face so I'm not sure the issue. In the photo you can see no tint and the injury. Nella did a fantastic job doing my lash lift/tint and brow wax/tint. My lashes are usually short and straight and blonde and now they look like I have the best mascara on! The first time I got a lash lift (at a different salon in a different state) it stung and was a little uncomfortable. However when Nella did it it was literally painless and turned out PERFECT! I made an appt. here and was excited to get my lashes lifted. I had recently moved to Miami so I thought I had found a great place. It is a cute store front. No one was there to welcome me so when someone came out I introduced myself and sat down and waited for my appointment which was running late. When I get on the bed I hear chatting about I'll teach you how I do my lifts next time. The lift took forever. I had glue that the young girl did not remove from either eye. The lift lasted 1 day. It cost $100 and I did give a tip. I would suggest not going to this place if you are new in town or want a good lash lift. Do better research. I will never go there again and I will let everyone know about my experience there. It was a waste of time and money. read more

I started seeing Caylana in 2019 right in the living room of where she was living at the time. During that time I had never fully committed to having lash extensions and saw several different lashers in between for special occasions. It wasn't until 2022 that I wanted to enhance my aesthetic and started getting Lash extensions exclusively. Caylana is so experienced and knowledgeable in her craft, and I personally have never been more pleased with a Lash artist, hence why I returned after seeing her only 1 time in 2019. I get compliments on my lashes everywhere I go at any phase of their lifecycle. I get my lashes done every 3 weeks, and while I am able to do that because I protect my investment by ensuring I wash my lashes and dry them with a handheld fan every single day, I know that my lashes last also because of how they are applied/installed. First visit, won't go back. Went in for facial waxing. No one greeted me in the lobby and waited 5 minutes. Had to walk in the hall a bit and knock. The tech was a bit bothered because I wasn't her client. The tech used a cheap wax. She just wasn't very thoughtful or careful. She had wax on her glove which kept pulling my hair but most importantly is that she used really long strips down my neck. Those are for the legs! So it pulled the skin on my neck so much more than it should. Nicer places use small strips FOR THE FACE! Didn't have quality wax remover so I left with wax still sticking on my face. read more
