I just booked my first eyebrow lamination appointment at Browflair. It was super easy to to book via txt. Navi answered me right away. As I arrived to the salon the environment was welcoming. Navi is a true professional! I was a bit scared having done brow lamination at the first time. She informed me well about the process and assured me that it will look natural and enhance my look. Every move of her was professional, I felt relaxed through the whole process. I LOVE MY NEW BROWS!!!! It makes such a difference,my face looks more youthful and I look less tired. Finally gave them my business. The women who was working was so sweet. There were 3 women waiting when I came in. I assumed I would be waiting for a while since there so many in front of me. I got another arm wax and was really dissatisfied with the service. The staff member was the only one working and rushed through it, missing some fine hair around the elbow. I had to keep pointing out patches that she had missed which she did not like. She also refused to apply the pre-wax stuff that the other member did last time which provided great relief to my skin. When you are in a new area it's hard to find someone who can take good care of your brows but I found the perfect place with Brow Flair. The owners were so cordial and welcoming on my very first visit to their spa. I have not gotten my brows done since pre-COVID so they were in need of a little TLC. I explained to Vida (the aesthetician/owner) exactly how I prefer to have my brows threaded and she went to work cleaning up my bushy brows. She made sure to give me a mirror to double check my brows before proceeding. Vida threaded my brows perfectly, cleaned & moisturized my brows after threading them and also took the time to show me proper techniques on filling in brows. Vida was so incredibly kind and she did a phenomenal job on my brows. What a great way to kick off my BIG birthday on Monday. THNX AGAIN for such amazing service! Navi and her brother Nav are now running the place and let me tell you, Navi know what she's doing. She has the eye of an artist and knows what shape will complement your features. This place is so weird. I walk in and the lady is standing there. She does not speak to or acknowledge me. So I figure out pretty quickly that you have to check yourself in at this iPad kiosk thing. I am the only person in the store besides this woman working there. So once I've completed that, she tells me to come sit down. Usually someone doing your brows takes a moment to look at them. Not here. She just started threading immediately. The entire process was over in about 5 minutes. She did OK. Not good, not great, just okay. When I go to pay, she asks me 3 times if I want to join their membership program. I keep repeating that I do not, that I would just like to pay for the service today. She didn't like that very much. She spent more time trying to sell the membership than she did on my brows. Don't go here. Go anywhere else. read more

Walked in and the woman sitting down didn't even bother to look up from her iPad to tell me to check in. Why? I was the only customer in the place and she wasn't busy. After I checked in putting in all false info(why they need my info IDK ), I told her I wanted my eyebrows threaded. She plopped me down in the chair and she did her thing in less than 5 minutes. She did an okay job, plucked 2 or 3 hairs when I got home though. $12 plus $2 tip. Not very welcoming or friendly. 4/10 Will most likely NOT be coming back. read more

The salon is very clean and neat. I told the staff member my experience with my eyebrows and we did a full evaluation of where to thread. The threading itself was great. The staffer talked to me through the entire process, took her time, and gave me the mirror periodically to make sure I was okay with length and shape. My only complaint was that the girl was a smoker and her hands smelled like cigarettes as she was threading, and it kind of grossed me out... Clean finger nails and hands should be a must when providing any kind of wax or threading service. I will be coming back though, she did an excellent job. read more

I love this place. Best place in Fort Myers. I've been to many places and this place is the cheapest but the quality or work is the best. My eyebrows where a bit uneven in the front and she fixed them and left them thick. Exactly how I wanted them. Saddened that I have to give such a poor review because they did a good job on my eyebrows. The establishment clearly states both online and on the door that "walk-ins are welcome". If this isn't the case - don't advertise it. On two separate occasions I've walked in and been chastised for not making an appointment. The first was by a younger girl who was hoping to close shop early and I walked in three hours before the stated close time and she gave me attitude and told me I should have called ahead. Now again I walked in 2pm on a Saturday and was more than happy to wait if needed but was again chastised by who i assume is the owner this time for not calling ahead especially if I had been there before. It's just appalling that i would be reprimanded, especially in front of customers. Just say "it'll be a long wait you're welcome to wait 20-30 min or come back later." Simple as that. Now simply because of how rude I've been treated I'm finding a new eyebrow place. Truly unfortunate. read more
