Owner pushes products constantly from the time you enter till the time you leave she never shuts up feels like her life and the place depends on selling product rather than giving excellent service, quoted price for services change after you receive the service,hair coloring terrible operator scrubs and rubbed vigorously hair coloring product into my scalp till my scalp was raw and burning and the result was very poor gray was barely colored. Obviously they use bargain basement coloring. Been to numerous salons where I have lived never had a bad experience till Hair Fx . Since there are numerous operators there that seem to come and go some customers may have lucked out with a different stylist. Never more than 1 or 2 customers feels like thus place us on its last leg. read more

I had a Groupon with Diana for this salon and Spa. I had a terrible experience there. Diana showed up more than 30 minutes late, and finally when she started doing my nails , she rushed and it was painful! She gave me few cuts , the corners of my nails were bleeding. Finally when she was done with the manicure she told me her other client was already there so she would not have time to get my pedicure done that day. She asked to come back the next day first thing in the morning. I was shocked the way I was treated. Next morning when I get there to get my pedicure done, the salon was closed. I stayed on the outside in the parking lot trying to call the salon . Also tried to reach Diana on the salon FB page. After a while the owner showed up, she had no idea Diana had scheduled for me to be there , so she didn't come earlier to open the salon ( total mess) ! The owner seemed to have lot of excuses for Diana, and finally when she arrived ( again super late ) she had car trouble excuses. Again she rushed to get my pedicure and besides being painful her pedicure job was very bad. If you are considering this place , specially if you have a Groupon with Diana , please read the reviews for the salon on the Groupon page ( pay attention on the reviews with one star , they are mostly for the pedicure and manicure, I noticed so many other customers had the same problem, also made me angry how in one of the reviews someone said that Diana showed up late because she ran out of gas for her car ) Wow , it seem like they have no response for their clients. Ashton is an AMAZING stylist. Her instincts are great and she is a true listener. I couldn't rate my experience at this salon higher. Been here twice now and both times received 100% the cut I asked for. As a (former) long hair girl, I'm very timid about getting my hair cut. I can not elaborate enough how much I trust this woman. Had a facial today from Diana -- it was hands down the best experience I've ever had at a spa/salon ever . Diana was incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough. Not only did she do an amazing job, she explained the process and suggested helpful products for my skin (not a sales pitch, just things I could get at the local store) as well as skin routine tips. Stay away. Visited this past week and the stylist did a terrible cut. I'm not one to post bad reviews but it will take six months for my hair to grow out and be fixable. Seems like there are two girls that know what they are doing and that's it. So if you are desperate and have to go, make sure you get a referral or you will be in trouble. Also, still was charged full price and no offer to comp after a literally nightmare happened. But it's fine. I just won't ever go back. Ever. read more

I call and no answer or the last time I attempted I was put on hold for over 15 mins, tried calling back multiple times for over an hour and got busy tone every time. My mom gave me a Groupon to go get a manicure and the lady doing them was terrible at her job I was there from 1 pm to 4 pm started composing towards the end when i had realized the time and got kicked out getting called a brat & the b word by the owner also then the manager that's a man threatened to hit my pregnant sister that was not even involved and I had to call the police and press charges on them. If I could give this salon a lower rating I would have. Not only did the owner, Sue, wreck my hair with an terrible haircut, this place is a rip off. After the bad haircut I wanted to get a wig. She made me put up large deposit. Said she needed it to order several wigs for me. I didn't hear from her for months. When I finally decided to walk into the salon to find out what was going on, she made the excuse that she had taken my phone number incorrectly. Stated she had the "wigs" but misplaced them now. Again I didn't hear from her. So I made an appointment to come in. Let me tell you this women has a number of slick lines to make everything your fault not hers. When she finally got to show me what she ordered for me, it ended up that she got a couple of "toppers" and not wigs. These toppers make you look like Moe of the Three Stooges, with the flat straight bangs pressed against your forehead. She kept trying to shove these "toppers" down my throat for a hour and a half. When I basically stated the above to her, she got the idea I did not like them. So then she dusts off some old wig she had sitting around her salon. It was big enough for an elephant's head. She then says she need another employee to fix it but they will not be there until next week. She can't do it herself. Then she adds in that because I took up an hour and a half of her time she is deducting $100.00 off of my $450.00 deposit!!!! It was the owner who wasted half an hour looking for where she put these so called wigs or toppers again for this appointment. She could have done that before I got there. The rest of the time it was this owner trying to shove these toppers down my throat. How many times does one have to say to Sue, the owner, I don't like something. If you get a hair cut here, I wish you lots of luck. If you buy any type of wig, it's buy beware!! This sweetheart will try to rip you off any way she can!!! read more

Laura stayed late to accommodate my appointment and didn't try to rush me out of the salon (as a lot of manicurists at other places do.)
