I came in for a manicure, fill in, and pedicure. The gentleman who did my nails seemed very rushed and inconsistent. I did not receive the manicure I requested, and when the fill in was completed, my nails were extremely thick, rough, and scratchy. I prefer medium length, milky white, smooth nails that still allow me to type and handle everyday tasks. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. The skin on my thumb extends past the nail, and the fill in did not fully cover my left thumb or the middle nail on my right hand. Several nails are so thick that picking up small items or putting my earrings back in will be difficult. The young lady who did my pedicure also appeared to be very inexperienced. By the time she finished, I was honestly heartbroken over the entire experience. What made the situation worse was that they attempted to have the same gentleman fix my nails after I had already expressed my dissatisfaction. No thank you. They were clearly aware that I was upset, yet they laughed as I left, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I paid for the services without arguing or creating a scene because that is not who I am. However, paying for a service does not mean I should remain silent when the quality is unacceptable. I truly wanted to continue supporting this business because my first two experiences were wonderful, but after this visit, I will be finding another nail salon.

They have watered down polish it seems for certain colors instead of buying more or saying they do not have it. Please just say you are out when I initially pick out that color. I had previously had on black polish and when they finished after 2 hours, you could see the black trim around my new color. My friend mentioned it to them twice to fix it. When you go somewhere a good bit you should not always get the new guy in training. It took so long one time everyone on the salon had turned over twice. I about had a panic attack to get out.. Go IF you have time to go through all the colors and pick out two or three extra just in case, do not plan on relaxing too much. Bring a picture of what shape you would like your nails. I think maybe they are so busy that each person is not a priority if you come back or not. Idk I think I have gone to POSH for the last time this week. Also now they placed all their extra stuff in trash bags above the ceiling where you can see it. Big bags, full over the doorway to the hallway to the bathroom. I lived in bigger cities that did not charge nearly as much and I walked out quicker and happier. My nails do look nice except it is not to the cuticle so it will look grown out quicker. Enjoy!
