I've been coming here for years. I can only comment on the eyebrow threading, as I've never gotten any of the other services. They do a good job every time, I feel like I never really have to wait super long, 9 times out of 10 I'm seated immediately. The place I used to go to before this would cut me above my eyelids EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Not this place though! The only thing I would change is the amount of aloe vera gel they apply to you once you're done. I swear it's like there's only a whisper of an idea of aloe on the cotton ball, then when they're rubbing it over your sensitive, newly threaded skin, it feels rough and like there's nothing on there and kinda defeats the purpose. read more

When I moved to Denton I wanted to find a place for my eyebrow threading. It's not easy trying to "test" out places for such an important part of your face...your eyebrows. I've bow been coming here for about 3 years. Meenu is very nice and personable. She's the reason why I keep coming back because I love her work. She knows how to touch up and doesn't take too much off. I finally tried eyebrow tinting and it makes a big difference in your look. I love it that my eyebrows look full and I don't have to pencil them in for weeks. I leave always feeling refreshed and pretty. There are some busy times and sometimes Meenu is by herself so be patient or come back when it's not so busy. I try to avoid Fridays and weekends. read more

Not only that, but the woman who I had doing my brows both times, was very rude and made degrading comments about the current state of my eyebrows prior to seeing her. Worst eyebrow experience I've ever had, I have thick eyebrows and my tech decided to take A LOT hair off and leave me with thin 90's eyebrows. In addition to this they are very uneven, and I asked for a student discount and she told me that the student discount is only for highschool which I've never heard of. Tried this place a week ago. Nidhi did my eyebrows and I love how they turned out! I'd threaded my eyebrows before, but it had been years since I had gotten them done that way. It was way painless than my previous lady made it, and Nidhi was super attentive--she even told me to let her know if I needed a break. She didn't leave them too thin, which I appreciated. She followed the shape of my eyebrows even though they're a bit messed up after a waxing mishap. I didn't think they could look this good since then!! Definitely give this place a try! I found this place a couple of months ago and I was really nervous to try it. I recently moved to Oklahoma so Denton is the closest place for me to get my eyebrows threaded. The first few times I came here I got amazing service and the lady who threaded my eyebrows really listed to what I wanted done. She actually fixed my eyebrows and left room for growth so that they would look equal which was nice. I also got a student discount the first few times I went because I am currently enrolled in an online program and I would show them my online student ID card. I loved this place and the service up until this past week. This last time I went (about week ago), the lady who threaded my eyebrows was hesitant on giving me a student discount that I normally get. First, she asked me if I was a student - I said yes. She asked for my student ID and I told her I am in an online program so give me a second and I'll pull it up. I showed her my online student ID (which has been accepted the past few times I've been there) and she proceeded to question my age. I told her I was 22 and then she asked me for my ID, which was in the car since I only brought up my credit card with me. She said she wouldn't give me a student discount because she couldn't verify my age. I never had this issue here before, a student discount means that you are currently enrolled in school - it has nothing to do with your age. People of all ages are able to be students so I don't understand why this was an issue now while it wasn't even brought up before. Overall, they do great eyebrows but need to get their policy clarified so there isn't any confusion in the future. read more

I asked for threading and light tint. My hair is blonde, and I was tired of using brow color daily. I didn't want dark eyebrows, which I made very clear. I ended up with black eyebrows. It was hideous. I told the employee it looked too dark. She kept telling me it's fine, I'm just not used to it. I scrubbed my eyebrows with alcohol to try to remove the dye when I got home. It didn't come off much. I was a blonde with black eyebrows. I was embarrassed to go out in public for over a week until it started to fade. Never go here! I went once and it was the worst experience. I have gone to the one in Keller multiple times and had very high standards. I was extremely disappointed. The store was so hot I was sweating profusely the entire time. Once the lady finished and I saw my eyebrows, I was shocked. They were so crooked and two different shapes. I went here for a regular eyebrow and chin threading. They said they don't thread right now but have a sensitive formula for waxing. I told them over and over that my skin burns easily and they kept telling me it's a sensitive wax. I told them I'd try it and they waxed me and I was bleeding. Afterward I had scabs and now have permanent burns. They had me sign a waiver so I can't even do anything about it. My skin is burned in four places around my mouth and I'm embarrassed I have to wear makeup just in that area. read more
