Upon reaching the place, I was told that my appointment was "cancelled automatically by their booking system". How does this even happen? The lady at the store that if I chose to continue with the appointment and if someone came in, they'd leave my service mid-way and attend to the new client. How is this place even working with such shoddy business practices??? Why provide reservation options when the place will cancel an hour before?? Or why not have enough staff to ensure bookings are fulfilled? Found a much better and honest salon in this area.

I get the feeling this is not her full time business or at least she prefers to work only during the week and not on Saturdays. That's cool, it just doesn't work for me. Threading can be painful at times especially if it's your first time but she is gentle so makes it painless. I've heard a few friends rave on and on about this place, and the only thing that turned me off was the price. With the student discount, it's roughly $3 dollars more. But I will gladly pay them the $3 more each time because of how nicely they thread brows. They give you the liberty to check in and PICK who you'd like to thread your brows! This was such a step up from the last place where I was randomly allocated to the next available threader. They thread so skillfully and they take their time on the client to make sure they can cope with pain/discomfort if needed to! The only reason I wouldn't give it a 5 star rating, is because waiting for your turn on line can feel a little dragged out. Each time I go, I wait like 10-15 minutes to get my brows threaded.
