I've been coming to Natalia now for almost a year I believe. She is amazing with my brows, but she just made me remember what a brow fairy she really is! Recently went to someone else because I couldn't get an appointment last minute with her, so I got desperate and went elsewhere (Major mistake, they ruined my full and fluffy brows big time). Now I'm literally in brow rehabilitation! Is her price above average? Yes it's a bit steep, but remember you get what you pay for. Aside from leaving with beautiful and gorgeous brows every time, Natalia really treats you. She wipes your face with a moist and scented towelette, after waxing, gives you a light massage on your brows and temples, and then puts cold towels on your face to help with the redness. If that's not top notch eyebrow service... idk what is! As for the location it's a super cute "studio" style two story loft. There's an adjoined salon on the first floor which I believe operates separately. It is a little difficult to find, but when you find the building it is the last place on the the far left. Love coming here and she's worth the money. Just make sure to make your appointments with time (like I'll be doing) because she's always pretty much booked days in advance. read more

Woahhhhhhh. The next time I go I will have pictures taken so my word alone will do for now. she is amazing. She was gracious & accommodating with my tardiness (I did give a heads up & was last appointment). I got my eyebrows threaded, eyelashes & eyebrows tinted. AMAZING. Every time I go get my brows done I end up being disappointed because they're too thin or don't match my face shape. Going to Brow Rehab was the best choice I made for my brows! Natalia has an artist's eye and was able to figure out how to make sense of my brows which grow in quite uneven (not due to over plucking, but naturally they're like that). Natalia didn't try to make my brows into something they're not. She enhanced their natural shape and encouraged me to embrace them because they suit my face the way they are. What a positive experience! Happy to go back to her next time I need a trim/reshape. Highly recommend! The location is clean, relaxing, and decorated beautifully with her art. Natalia is an artist or as she said a "visionary." She is extremely talented at what she does. No one can compare to her. It's on the pricier end for brows but totally worth every penny. Confusing location (condominium lacking signage), and $70 for tint and shape. approached main condo entrance which was locked. Had been driving around Wynwood lost looking for this business while on the phone with their call service who does not know the area. Guests are prompted by a keypad resident directory at 601 NE 27th Street, of which Brow Rehab and the associated salon were not listed. Was ushered in from a side entrance while on the phone with a outsourced call service who couldn't help direct me in. No immediate parking. Only crowded street parking which is currently under construction (so even LESS) no parking garage or public parking near by. Service not worth the price. Very expensive. For $70 I would expect stellar service. Instead I got criticized on my brows. There was nothing special or extra to justify paying $70. she could have at least offered her client some wine while she wait the recommend 30 minuets for tint to process. Instead she sat near by and suggested I "catch up on my emails". Very unsatisfactory in every aspect. Brow Boutique in Miramar is way more professional, easier to locate, ample parking, consistent service and more affordable!!!! read more
