Recently went to someone else because I couldn't get an appointment last minute with her, so I got desperate and went elsewhere (Major mistake, they ruined my full and fluffy brows big time). Now I'm literally in brow rehabilitation! Is her price above average? Yes it's a bit steep, but remember you get what you pay for. Aside from leaving with beautiful and gorgeous brows every time, Natalia really treats you. She wipes your face with a moist and scented towelette, after waxing, gives you a light massage on your brows and temples, and then puts cold towels on your face to help with the redness. If that's not top notch eyebrow service... idk what is! As for the location it's a super cute "studio" style two story loft. There's an adjoined salon on the first floor which I believe operates separately. It is a little difficult to find, but when you find the building it is the last place on the the far left. Love coming here and she's worth the money. Just make sure to make your appointments with time (like I'll be doing) because she's always pretty much booked days in advance.

I felt it was important to let people know this , because it sucks that my eyes look completely different! My right lashes are pretty and awake and my left eye looks bare unless I put a few coats of mascara on it to try to match my right eye. I do want to end on a positive note , saying that the girls were very friendly and the salon looked cute and clean so maybe try it for a different service but not the lash lift and tint!

My brows were outgrown and she cleaned them up without removing too much which I appreciated. She has a good hand because it usually hurts for me but I didn't feel much. I have been having my eyelash extensions done by Alexandra, the owner for almost 3 year. She is the very best because she is as much a perfectionist as I am. I doubt anyone is as particular and neurotic about eyelash extensions as me. She is always patient and completely follows all my picky requests. Alex really is a true eyelash extension specialist. The studio uses exclusively Xtreme brand lash products and that company is the most premier and exclusive in the business. If you want your lashes done perfectly you need to see Alexandra at her studio, which is very tranquil and spa like with fountains and relaxing music on a second floor location away from noise and traffic. This is a growing trend and so many people are calling themselves lash stylists these days it's easy to get bad, damaging lashes. I have never had any issues in 3 years with eyelash loss. Alex is a true pro...She spends about 10 to 15 minutes cleaning your lashes prior to starting the process, which makes such a difference in how long the newly applied extensions last. She is also an Xtreme "trainer," which means she flies around the country teaching classes (note: make your appointments in advance because of this! Not only is she in-demand, but she has to travel for these classes once in a while). If you feel like chatting, she'll talk...if you want to nap, she won't say a word. The studio is so relaxing that I have fallen asleep during my lashes so many times. Parking can be annoying in the area if you go on a Saturday morning, because there are a bunch of yoga studios, restaurants and gyms down the street--but most of the time it's not bad. That's really my only complaint! My lashes last longer than ever, and they look very natural. read more

Alexandra is the very best! I have been doing my eyebrows with Alexandra for as long as I can remember -- first waxed and for the past few years. I would not let anyone else touch them! At one point I had moved to NY and went elsewhere and had to run back to Alexandra on a trip to Florida for her to fix the disaster others had made. I have never been consistent as I've had nothing by aggravation with appointments etc and would dread the whole ordeal. I was thrilled today to come across this salon. Yamit is the girl that did my make up for an important audition! I was recommended to her and saw the picture of what she has done and it was beautiful. I booked a 30 min session with Adriana. She was 30 minutes late for my appointment which I wasn't impressed about. When I finally got prepped she poured eye make remover into my eye balls and then took another 10 min to remove my eye make up and the 10 min she had left, she glued 2 lashes to my eyes. I've had my lashes done at over a dozen places throughout my life, and every time, regardless of the eyelash material or glue, I always found myself itching my eyes at night. However, this was the first time where my lashes didn't irritate me at night. My lashes lasted a good two weeks and my final lash fell out at the four week mark. However, I should note that I use an oil cleanser on my face each day, and while I try to avoid the eye area, there may be some residue that impacted my lash longevity. Better than no brows, but not satisfied with the quality of the microblading. After the initial…read morevisit, there was some shape to my brows, but they were not full. My left brow was a few strokes too far in and the strokes on my right brow didn't go to the hair line so the right brow is higher. I should have expressed this to Agnes, but she already spent 2 hours with me and her next client was there. I trusted that she did her best. When I returned for the touch up a month later, I told her my concerns from the previous visit and was happy with how things looked when leaving; my brows were even and symmetrical. Despite following the post care instructions my brows did not heal well. The strokes are not full or consistent; some strokes on my right brow are darker (like she went deeper) and the tail is patchy. The pigment on my left brow is darker at the bottom so it looks like there's a shadow inferior. The stokes on the top half of my left brow are virtual nonexistent so my left brow is lighter than my right. I contemplated going in again as Agnes said it may take 2-3 visits, but since I am not happy with results I don't have have much confidence a third visit will improve it; I actually think it could make it look worse or accentuate the differences. I have to fill in the patches of my brows. Be wary of the reviews...the rating is 5 stars but most of the reviewers have less than 5-10 reviews. I regrettably wish I did more research before booking here. In hindsight I wish I went elsewhere. Agnes was PhiBrow certified in 2016 and her studio is on the 2nd floor of the Double Tree Hotel.

The first time I called nobody answered the phone. Lena called me back about 30 minutes later and we scheduled an appointment for the same day in the late afternoon. Unfortunately I got hold up at work and I called to explain myself and wanted to reschedule this appointment, she gave me an attitude and said that her next availability would be NOW be in over one month. I remember very well that she offered me an appointment for the following week! What happened to these appointments? Another issue I noticed was that when I asked her how much the Russian Volume would be, she priced me at $250. After this phone call I noticed that on Yelp she advertised her Russian volume for only $200. So I decided to NOT go to Lena. Very unprofessional behavior!
