I have been going here for years and this is the first time where the employee messed up my eyebrows! The cashier on the receipt today that helped me and my boyfriend this afternoon was Patricia. She went really fast when she was threading my eyebrows and it felt like she took a chunk off. Lo and behold, after she was finished, the right tail end of my eyebrow looks like there's a bald spot now! My boyfriend and I are upset because we just felt like she rushed our service and it wasn't even like they were busy when we came in, but we did feel like she made it seem like it was an inconvenience that we came in around 430 PM in the afternoon on a Sunday. I have naturally THICK FULL BROWS & they are one of my favorite features. I honestly didn't pay much attention when she showed me in the mirror because she had a line behind her and I didn't want to waste her time. I simply said thank you, paid & tipped. however after taking a look for myself I was extremely disappointed to see that my brows were completely thinned out & uneven. So I came here because the place that was my "go to" messed up my eyebrows so bad to the point that one was definitely raised higher than the other. I was so embarrassed walking around like that, that I even got bangs to help cover it. I decided to try this place as I was already in the mall running errands and I don't regret it at all. They took me in pretty quickly. Love did my eyebrows and idk what she did but she literally did her THING!!! Love was very sweet and informative on how we were going to move forward with my brows. 10/10 recommend. I've been seeing comments about the hand placement ...some people like the eyebrows held a certain way as compared to others, when Love corrected me she was neither rude or seemed annoyed...she was literally just trying to do her job. y'all... i dont usually like to leave bad reviews, but my experience wasn't great. the lady shaped my eyebrows fine, but then a day later i come to find out she cut my eye so much. it's very painful. i contacted the owner & he wouldn't offer me a refund, and that he'll "TRY" to offer me free service next time. very difficult to work with. he wouldn't even try send me text proof that he'd offer free service like we discussed on the phone. don't come here y'all. read more

My first time getting threaded and it wasn't bad. My eyebrows weren't all red like they usually are after waxing. $12 and they were fast. Maybe a little too fast. The next day, I noticed they missed a spot. If I go back, I'll make sure to bring a magnifying mirror to get a closer look. read more

I've been coming here for years, and today I decided to get my eyebrows done, and that was the most painful threading experience I've had. This lady did my eyebrows, and I don't know why she's going so slow to thread it, and it just freaking hurt. She didn't even help me to clean up the strands of eyebrow hair which got all over my eyes. And now that I see the results, she even missed threading some hair off my eyebrows after making me go through the painful experience. Lady did my eyebrows bad. She made them uneven and then filled them with eyebrow shadow and it was so ugly. She didn't even clean it up and cut off hair using scissors like eyebrow places usually do after threading. I recommend going to fashion valley and getting your eyebrows done by farah moodi. It's higher price 20$ but better. I usually go to her and I should've listened to my intuition and not come here but I did without fully thinking about my decision. (Down stairs close to target) Went here today 2/11 to get my eyebrows done and the lady was super rude from the start giving rude looks after she started tapping my face and saying I wasn't holding my brows correctly. I've done my brows before and know I was doing it correctly I've never had a problem with anyone else. She then was saying things under her breath, I did not leave a tip. After telling her that I did not like the way she tapped my face rudely she yelled at me and said very rude things including bad words at my mom. Never going again do not recommend. read more

I used to get my eyebrows waxed until I came across Brow Spa a few years ago. Now I only go to them to get my eyebrows threaded. I like threading more its less likely that my eyebrows could get messed up. With waxing, I noticed my eyebrows getting thinner and thinner and I started hating my appearance. After trying threading, my eyebrows are now thick and have more shape. I enjoy coming here because the staff is friendly and the ladies always do a good job on my eyebrows. I love the arch they give my eyebrows and they don't get tinner. This place is located in the Plaza Bonita mall by Macys on the second floor. SO IN LOVE WITH MY EYEBROWS!! Unfortunately my eyebrow game has been weak and I've been trying to grow them out so give them the right shape. I was a little nervous to get them done because the previous lady I went to made them too thin but today I was helped by an eyebrow fairy named Patrica! She listened to me completely when I asked for a clean up with shape but not too much off. She even stopped halfway to let me see what she was doing and asked me if I wanted more off my arch or if I wanted to keep certain parts still growing. I REALLY appreciated that because it really made me feel like she cared and wanted to make sure the vision I wanted was met. DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place is the worst. I got my eyebrows done and I told the lady right off the bat that I was trying to grow the tail ends. First, she made them shorter. And by the end, my eyebrows were so uneven. Her excuse was "your hairs zig and zag so I had to do this and that.." she took off so much on the middle on one side and destroyed the shape of my brows completely. I walked out of the service so irritated because she said she could make them match, but why would I botch the other brow just to match her ugly mistakes. I started going to the smaller Brow Spa (bottom floor by main entrance) last year, I have never tried threading, and for the most part everyone is ok, but the lady "LOVE" is the only one who gets it right every time! All i ask if for a clean up for my bushy brows & she leaves me clean AF. Only reason why I didnt give this place all 5 stars is because I have to be there at 950 (10 minutes before they open), she tends to get busy very early. If I could give this place zero stars I would. DO NOT go there. The woman's fingers stunk like a lit cigarette, it was disgusting. I explained to her I just wanted a clean up as I like my brows natural and thicker, so basically just need them trimmed and a clean up. I came out with 2 completely different looking eyebrows, super thin, with chunks missing! Several hairs were still left in between my brows and under the brow, A complete hack job. I've been coming here more frequently lately. Love that it's located at the back of the mall right by the back entrance doors. I can come in and out easily without having to navigate through the mall crowds. $10 for eyebrow threading and I've always loved how they turn out even though I always get a different lady. I've also never had a painful experience like I have in other places. Also, your 6th eyebrow threading is free if you keep your little card. Great little eyebrow kiosk. I stay in LA and only get them done by one lady but I didn't have time before coming down so I came here. It was also my first time doing threading.
