Adam is great! And we had an excellent experience with Broward Landscaping from start to finish. We had used another company originally and that company's finished product was substandard. We needed to rip it all out and start from scratch. Adam had a vision immediately and spent a lot of time with me developing a plan. Within a week Adam scheduled a two day install. He started the job on a Monday morning and was completely done transforming my yard by the mid afternoon on Tuesday. He brought out a large team and he was personally on site the entire time overseeing the project from start to finish. He made sure everything was completed to perfection. We are very happy with the landscaping work. Chase was professional all the way through. You can tell he enjoys his job and designing the landscape. We gave Chase creative freedom and only let him know where we wanted the work a select fruit trees we wanted to include. He presented two options on our low and high end of the budget. We were able to mix something from the two. It came out beautiful. We went from a plain spread of grass to a backyard that feels like ours. We recommend Chase and his crew. read more

Update: Although initially very impressed with the landscaping design, months after discovered in many ways it was either poorly executed or not sustainable. For example, the expensive Sylvester Palm Tree that was installed as a front lawn centerpiece was not planted correctly insuring there was adequate soil coverage for the roots and without a berm as is usually done to insure stability. We were told about these shortcomings from a professional Palm Tree expert we engaged to help nurse the tree back to health. Other examples include ground cover that died and had to be replaced, tall Thai plants that quickly started to obscure our living room picture window and had to be transplanted at our expense, and replacing a gardenia plant that proved sickly and never stabilized. In addition, we were informed by our maintenance gardener that the weed mat used was very thin and doesn't do a good job keeping out weeds. To note, Broward Landscaping guaranteed "over 100% satisfaction", but ignored our request for replacing the sickly gardenia which we had told Broward landscaping we didn't want in the first place since we had heard gardenias were not hardy. Because of our experience after the landscaping installation, I am lowering my rating of Broward Landscaping to 3 stars. read more

No warning just start with my car first. For I was the one who complained so makes sense to blow dirt and rocks on my car without notice. I asked them for a heads up so I can move it. He said he cant but when your hear them just move it. But when you start with my car as your first spot your just a A$$hole. read more

They came out with two days notice to move huge palm trees for our renovation project. He immediately had a vision for the look and followed through completely. They did a beautiful job landscaping my property. They were creative, and included everything I asked for and more. However, working with them was a nightmare throughout. They started by refusing to give me a drawing of the work they were going to do, despite a large deposit. They were almost completely unresponsive and every question or concern took multiple calls, emails, and texts in order to get a response. They did not do everything they said they would do, and when asked to correct some things, they charged me extra. I made the mistake of paying the for their services before all the mistakes were corrected. Once they were paid in full they stopped responding to me entirely. I learned something, though -- never pay the full amount until every last detail is complete. I'm glad the whole thing is over.. read more

Called to make an appt and didn't call me back. Sent a text and they said they were off for the whole week for the holiday. They called Monday and I advised that I needed a quote for an aluminum pergola and spoke to Adam. He advised that it's probably going to be expensive for what I want. He asked me who I have gotten quotes with and I told him not that I see what that matters but whatever. I told him my quotes were for 18-20k so I know it's an expensive job. He said his will be more so I should go with someone else and that he's not available for 8 weeks. Didn't try to even make an appt for a quote knowing that I knew it's an expensive job. And said that he won't be available for a weekend quote because school is out. Honestly, I'm aware of what the job cost and know I'm spending $20k and they don't even want my business and don't even know exactly I want or care to find out. The worst company honestly and poor business practice. read more

The edge of my driveway was damaged 3 times by the riding mower. The driver of the riding mower was told to stay off the edge of the driveway. My warnings were ignored. The owner owner of the company refuses to repair the damages. I was asked to send pics of the damage....after receiving the pics the owner text me telling me that he was going to bock all mesages sent by me.
