JP was also very responsive whenever we had any questions. Every little nook and cranny (even the spacing between and up to the fence boards surrounding our yard) now has turf over it. They truly went above and beyond making sure it was all installed properly and safe for our family. Mike is very knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance about how to build our custom playset. 2. Playset was ordered and assembled correctly 3. It was a RUSH order to have by Thanksgiving and they DID IT!! Thank YOU !! WRONG: The installers failed to cap all the sprinklers which resulted in a hole forming under the turf in the middle of the whole area. BUT it was CORRECTED: I spoke to Mike and although he was very displeased at the situation (as much as we were), he assured me he would have it fixed and he did. They came back and had to move some of the playground equipment to roll back the turf and properly cap off the sprinkler. Filled in the hole, compacted the area again and laid the turf back down. All was done efficiently and correctly the 2nd time around, and at no extra cost to us. So the bottomline: Good products. Wonderful playground equipment. Mike is a little "serious" (some might find him rude), but he gets the job done and provides great customer service.

Evergreen Tech installed our new artificial turf about 10 months ago. The initial job went great, however, we had concerns about insufficient infill and its potential impact on the warranty of our turf. After a few discussions about what was needed, we were able to sort out the details, and a mutual solution was agreed upon. Then, it was just a matter of getting us on their schedule to do the work. We continued to stay in touch with the company on a regular basis since June 2023 to coordinate a time to have them come by. Responses were always cordial and we were told that there had to be a few sunny days in a row in order to install the material that we were waiting for. Aside from the weather not cooperating, there have been multiple clear, rain-free opportunities in the past seven months for the work to be completed, but it never happened. Aside from weather delays, our requests for getting scheduled for the work were met with excuses. We ultimately had to pay another company to complete the agreed-upon work. A companies integrity should carry through the entire customer experience. From the initial installation to supporting and maintaining the project.

By raising the seawall by 24" we needed to refill our yard with truck fulls of fresh soil, remove massive palm trees, repair and replace some irrigation, plant new citrus trees and finally all fresh green Sod! We were thoroughly impressed with their communication and professionalism throughout the backyard install. Alex truly is able to see your vision and pull it together!
