We had our backyard remodeled. We needed all of the old landscaping removed and new one planted. It was a big job to do. Scott is very polite, kind and calm, and responsive. We changed our ideas multiple times, and he patiently gave us advise and pricing every time. One of the Sylvester palms didn't do well after planting, Scott upheld his warranty and replaced the palm, which is a big work to do. All of the guys who work for Scott are nice and respectful of our property and running around kids. They did a great job! Of the four companies submitting a bid, they were the one which provided the clearest and most reliable descriptions of the cost estimates, the designs to be formulated, and the materials needed to carry out the plans. The landscaping, under the leadership of Sue Sommer, involved the selection of options for ground covers, the number of plants to be used, the clearing of a forested area, and discussions on how to maintain the area after the project was finished. Work proceeded rapidly and effectively with a crew of five men in just about eight hours. We needed some landscaping done after finishing some outdoor plumbing problems. I contacted several Landscaping Designers and contracted with Pristine Landscapers to complete the job. I have never been so satisfied with a company doing work for me. Sue came to look at the area and was fantastic in our first discussion. She not only talked with us concerning the area and possibilities but listened to our concerns and desires. That first day she spent quite a bit of time with us. The discussion was very positive and the communication was excellent. She sent us a proposal and followed up with a telephone call to talk about any concerns or changes we might want. Sue was in contact with us regularly prior to the scheduled project start time. Then the BIG day came. She and her crew came on time and started the project. I have worked with many people over my 81 years and I have to say Sue really impressed me along with her crew. They were very nice and all communicated with us extremely well. Sue told us that the project would take 2 days and that is exactly what it took. As we started our project it became apparent that we needed some sprinkler work completed and Sue was able to put us in touch with someone who came immediately and completed the work. I'll get to the point up front - we highly recommend Pristine Landscapes! To begin, we found Pristine and used their services approximately 8 yrs ago. We had them design and install landscaping around our entire house that was absolutely beautiful and held up well over these many years. After recently having a new deck and driveway installed the landscaping took a beating from all that work and needed to be refreshed. I didn't hesitate to call Pristine again. Nor did I hesitate to recommend them to my daughter and son in law who recently purchased a home with zero landscaping; or to our surrounding neighbors as well as friends. Pristine, both past and present, have been very responsive, prompt in working with us providing incredible design and plant ideas; and getting us on their schedule to get the project done quickly and cleanly. Sue/Pristine, was easy to work with an consistently conveyed her desire to make sure our needs were met, going the extra mile in finding the right plants or making suggestions to meet our expectations. Excellent communication and responsiveness that we rarely see in todays vendors. We did a 360 refresher of our house, adding new plants, removing some old and adding more colors and textures. We are loving the end results. With the added front and back yard lighting by Mark at @Landscape Illumination Specialist, it felt like we were at a resort it is so beautiful. We look forward to spending time out on our back deck, in both the daytime and evening, as it is so visibly beautiful. After I moved into a new house in Coral Springs, Mark was one of the first people I called.
