There is no order or procedures done to protect members from mischievous and unethical business practices. I tried to file a formal complaint, but the "executive director" states "there isn't one in place". From my experience this is a prime example of poor leadership. I decided to support a member of the chamber and use their services to promote my Credit Repair business. After working with her for three weeks, It was apparent she did not know what she was doing. I told her I was unsatisfied and wanted a refund. She denied my request. Unfortunately, she took my money and did not fulfill the requirements of the agreed contract. After, I evaluated her progress and decided to fire Julie Fishmann of Creative Consulting LLC. I do not recommend her to be hired to do any digital marketing. Comes to find out she has no experience in digital marketing. After further research, she is only known for her connections to Tamarac, not digital marketing. Comes to find out she was being dishonest. Julie stated she would introduce my business to local Veteran owned organizations, being that I am a veteran. She never mentioned my business to anyone, she has no contact list or other proof of her work. She had not even correspond with people she added on LinkedIn. She was hired to build relationships and grow connects specifically for my business on LinkedIn. After three weeks, she only managed to max out my friend invites. Not one person was engaged on her behalf for my business on Linkedin. I was so displeased with her services I reported her immediately. Even though I reported the issue to the Executive Director he had very little interest. His only concern was to keep me from exposing the illegitimate business practices being allowed in this chamber. Poor organizations have poor leaders.

I got there 20 minutes early, checked in online, got my ticket at the kiosk and by the time I sat down they called my number. I was in and out and back home before my actual appointment time. If you fill out all the proper paperwork and bring the right documents it takes literally no time at all.

Their "Join the Waitlist" program is brilliant. At 10am sharp you can click through a few simple steps and it lets you know you've been added and an approximate appointment time, including wait time. I joined promptly at 10am and was "scheduled" for 10:05. That did change to 10:23. I received my text that I was up and which window to go to. They also can take your passport photo there for a small fee, $15, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Great appreciation to Debra who helped me on the phone the day before I visited. She answered all my questions and made sure I brought everything needed including old passport and photo id. The passport fee must be paid by check or money order while photo and processing fees can be paid with VISA or Master Card. Many thanks to the wonderful people who work here. Highly recommend this location.

From the moment I walked in, I could tell it might take a while, but I was determined to get it done. There were multiple people behind the counter, but only one person was actively helping customers at a time. Initially, a woman was assisting, and then a man took over. By that point, there were about seven people in front of me. When I finally reached the counter, I had a few questions since I do not ship items often. I thought my label was already printed, but it actually needed to be written out. I was told to go back to the end of the line. Thankfully, the line was much shorter the second time, so it did not take too long. However, when I returned to the counter, the employee assisting me was rude, which was disappointing. I also noticed the employees being rude to one another while working. I understand that disagreements happen, but it did not feel professional to handle them that way in front of customers. Overall, it was not the worst experience, but it definitely could have been better.

I had no appt and arrived at 730am and I was warned that after 9am if you are not inside there are no guarantees. I appreciated the communication but I stuck it out and I was seen around 1030am. My fault for not having an appt but still not too bad. Once I was inside it was very organized and the service was great. Donnmarie was a sweetheart and very helpful. Not the worst of a day. I will say this was for a renewal and all situations are different but everyone outside with no appointments went through the same wait till they got in.
