I've been a client of Brow Biz for almost two years now and Paige never disappoints. I initially when in to have my brows laminated and tinted and love the whole look. Lamination is such a great way to not have to take so much time on your brows. I go to her regularly for brow and face waxing which I love, and my brows are filling in nicely after years of sparse hair. It does take time but I'm loving how they are growing in. I feel so bad to bring her reviews down but I was less than satisfied! While my brows look good, I don't see that they're any better than what a $15 thread or $20 wax gets me. Also she didn't want to wax my brows because I use topical tretinoin so I was charged an additional 25% to tweeze even though I told her my skin doesn't react adversely to wax... but then she also used a razor/dermaplaning tool that my skin actually is sensitive to. I guess I didn't read her policies thoroughly enough, but I didn't think I had to look so deeply into a simple brow appointment. To pay $50 for brows and wait 3 weeks and for some of the hairs to be cut off hurt my heart! Also I wish she would have trusted that I know my own skin. I respect her work and boundaries, but my experience here made me feel shortchanged and I would not recommend. read more

I've been going to Paige for over a year now and she is absolutely the ONLY person I trust with my brows. The first time I saw Paige, I walked in with severely over-plucked, thin brows and she knew exactly what I needed/wanted. Since I've started going to Paige, my brows have grown so much and are as healthy as ever. I go every two months-ish for a lamination and tint. My hair grows really quickly, but my lamination usually lasts me a good 6 weeks. And even when the lamination starts to fade, my brows are so stinking easy to style still.
