My brows were in bad shape from just doing the $10 wax at any nail place I happened to be. You know the ones where your nail gal does brows too? I was fed up with practically redrawing my brows everyday and finally sought professional help. My first appointment Michelle and I talked about my face shape, natural brow shape and thickness. I like a more pointed brow because my face is so round and Michelle delivers! She makes sure my brows are full so minimal product is needed when I do my makeup. Angelica has been doing my eyebrows for some time now. Since around May 2016. Angelica provides the best brow experience I have ever had. Though I get the eyebrow waxing service, I feel like I am getting an eyebrow sculpting service. She is very detail oriented. Brow gallery is the sh*ttt lol. Threading made my brows far too thin but Angelica restored my brows and they're back to getting thick again. Angel listened to what I wanted and she exuded just that. She takes her time and my brows usually take 25-40 mins so don't come here in a rush. Michelle and Angel really make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I also recently did my microfacial and lash lift with Angel and it was amazing!! People have not stopped complimenting my lashes and clear, glowing skin. I'm glad Angel recommended the lash lift versus lash extensions because my lashes are already long and healthy. She told me what i needed and not what benefitted her pockets. I've been to spots before where they recommend something just to make more money off of you. The ladies at brow gallery aren't this way at all and I appreciate it. I liked the girl who did my eyebrows but afterwards I didn't feel like my eyebrows were really done. When I went home, no one noticed and they always notice when I get my eyebrows done at my usual place. Today I had an appointment with Michelle, the Owner of Brow Gallery. I found this business on yelp. I arrived 15 minutes early. I saw she had a client so I sat outside her room waiting. My appointment time was 10:00am. Her client left so I waited for her to come greet me. She flew out and was jumping around looked at me then turned around and jumped back down the hall. She did not ask me who I was or gave me the time of day. So I waited. Thinking she was cleaning her station? I sat there over an hour with client going in and her talking and laughing loudly. Very disrespectful! I went in and asked if she was Michelle and I had a 10:00am appointment. She said oh you didn't check in and I said you came out and looked right at me then jumped back into the hall. She said my other appointment is here can you wait 5 minutes. Ok, so visited this place for the second time Thursday, first time was an absolute brilliant experience! I booked with Michelle and went in with brows that were totally messed up from a previous brow lady, and she totally made them look PERFECT! So for my second time I booked brows, underarm, lip and decided to try the lash lift, was a little hesitant but Michelle made the experience wonderful the first time that I put my trust n her for this first time experience, loved the way they came out when she was done, and decided I would not put mascara on for 24 hours so the lash can really lift, so tooooodaaayy, I put mascara on them for the first time after being lifted, BRILLIANT!!!!!!!!!!
