I've been getting lash extensions for over 6 years now and have experienced some pretty amazing places (and some not so amazing places), but this one beats them all hands down! She is FAST, PRECISE and can get your lashes looking incredible in under an hour! In the beginning I had my doubts bc EVERY SINGLE place I had went to took AT LEAST 1.5-3 hrs for a fill... & some of those fills didn't even last a solid week! I've been going to Rachel for almost a year now and I had issues finding a place/someone for a year before I found her and honestly she has the best of the best in products, best skill and overall best personality as well. She definitely listens to what you want and she remembers as well on what you like every time you see her after 2 or 3 weeks at a time. I used to get allergies from my old lashes and the place I went to before, they also ripped some of lower lash line skin and my eye was irritated. LA+ will charge like $300 for the same look you get here. Even when my lash lady had to do my lashes in such a short amount of time (my fault), she was able to give me my full volume and it lasted through working full time as a registered nurse‍, Vegas weekend, and episodes of crying lol. It's been about 4 weeks and they're still hanging on The prices are high but they are worth it!! I definitely recommend this place! I am not the eyelash type. Really. But needed to look my best for a work-related visual project so decided to do this crazy thing. Like- my idea of full makeup is a tinted Burt's Bees lip balm instead of plain Chapstick so- this was a stretch. Of course I go check out the Yelp! reviews and it appears The Lash Bunny is the place to go in my area. I texted Rachel and she responded quickly with an appointment time just when I needed it (i.e., before I could chicken out.) So off I went to her cute studio, in the Phenix salon conglomerate of little individual 'condos' for hair, makeup, etc. Very clean and nice, and Rachel's studio was pink and cute but didn't make me feel like I was going to be attacked with products and inferiority complexes for not doing thousands of complicated beauty routine things. Rachel explained what she was going to do, I lay back on the massage-ish table, she taped my eyes (or something, my eyes were closed, who knew what she did?) and we were off to the eyelash races. An hour later, after asking a few questions and then sort of zoning out, I sat up and realized.. I HAVE EYES. Wow. It was kind of amazing, to be honest- I looked like, well, lots better. Rachel gave me a few tips on lash-management, and off I went. Didn't get them wet for 48 hours, and walked into work this morning where my sophisticated colleagues pronounced my new lashes a) a success and b) a job well done. And these girls know their lashes, fills, sparkles, and general OC beauty tricks. Yeah, you really don't do anything but just enjoy these things. I felt a bit odd combing my lashes this morning with the little gadget Rachel gave me, but five seconds per eye later, I was lookin' good. The lashes were long and lovely (although I got total training-wheel length lashes, not those crazy fluttery things the young girls can wear so well) and they curled fetchingly toward the tips and I DID NOTHING other than give Rachel a reasonable amount of money to look like this. Not sure how long I will keep this up, but so far... boy is this better than curling/masacara-ing/cleaning, etc all the daily maintenance to have lovely lashes. Which of course I never did anyway, but now I have that look with the total lazy mama lack of effort I was seeking. Try it! Rachel is my go to girl. Her lashes for one, ALWAYS amazing and ALWAYS on point. I did my research before I got my lashes done anywhere and I'm glad I found her. I do lashes too and I use to get them at work when the girls would do each other's lashes and for a while I stopped and that's when I found her. I would get both my nails and my lashes done in Chino Hills.
