I spoke to a young lady, Samantha, who I believe was the para, and told me that she would present my case to the attorney to see if he would take my case as the deadline was approaching. She called me back and told me he was aware of the deadline and asked scheduled me for an intake which took about an hour. She told me she would get back to me in 2 or 3 days so the attorney could review everything. Four days passed and I did not hear from her so I called the office and was told that she was not available and would call me back "soon". Never called. I waited THREE WEEKS and no callback. My calls were ignored and I was never given a status if we were moving forward or not knowing that I had a statue of limitation. I was desperate and I didn't know they were still moving forward or not, if I should find another attorney or not as my deadline was approaching. The had the audacity to sent me a LETTER telling me THEY CANNOT TAKE THE CASE AS I DID NOT FIND THEM SUFFICIENTLY RESPONSIVE! AND THEY SUGGEST I CONTACT ANOTHER ATTORNEY ASAP SINCE MY RIGHT TO SUE MIGHT BE LIMITED BY ONE OR MORE STATUES OF LIMITATION. How arrogant! Are you f#%* kidding me??!!!!
