It really bugged me when I watched a woman struggle to get in the door with a push chair and the employee at the front desk wouldn't get up to help her, or when I wanted to checkout but the receptionist took a smoke break. A lady called Nokie did the treatment and it was amazing. Again, I am super fussy and vain about my brows as they are really thick and strong. She is a perfectionist and a really nice person. As she did such a good job I asked her about getting a bikini wax as I had never done one before and she talked me through the whole thing. I booked in for the following week and she was so professional and brilliant. Obviously not the most painless experience but she is so great at talking you through it and minimizing any embarrassment you might feel. Super therapist in my opinion. Possibly a bit more expensive than other salons but standard price for the area. I will always use this salon as they are super good at what they do and very customer focused. I don't mind paying slightly extra- they seem to be very good to their clientele so far so it is worth the extra to have a job well done.

The look of the place is ultra swanky, all upstairs above the Duke Of York Square with lots of different rooms devoted to all the different niche areas of hair dressing. There seems to be just as many assistants as there are hairdressers and in addition there are people to bring you coffee, food, do your nails and generally smile encouragingly as your style takes shape. I liked the cut and with a colour it was completed in just under 3 hours which seems about average in this city. It's definitely one of the best hairdressing experiences on offer in the capital and I did feel like everything was 'being taken care of'.
