Never received a call; anyone with an iPhone can just plug in our address and get directions. We live in the wide open countryside with well over 100 acres of dirt and defensible space surrounding us. Ryan is happy to receive a commission on our premium but doesn't have the time to call me back, branch manager can't be bothered to call me. They have never paid a claim to me and this is the treatment I get. Spend your money for insurance coverage with an agent who is willing to call you back. This branch has totally lost its way.

I've met with Grant and talked/texted several times. He's got everything up to speed and made the transition as seamless as possible. I recommend Grant highly. He is a dedicated professional, knows his products and is very responsive - something Dave was not the best at. Also, Grant was a student-athlete in the SEC Conference like I was.
