I gave an honest review of Ms Charbonneau's mediation capabilities and since it was not a glowing review. The owner Greg claimed that that is not his law firm but it is the same number i have saved in my phone and the same number on Yelp that he is a the verified owner of. They overcharged me @ 1000 dollars by charging more than 275 on three occasions to review the financial information of my ex wife and mine but when we pulled up the information to use it in mediation we found that it was either the wrong time period or irrelevant so we had to discontinue the meeting while she gathered the correct information. For a $275 review you think that they could do something as easy as determine if the timeline matches up and it the information is relative to the case at hand. I have also called the business and let my name and number to discuss with the owner I will let you know if he will respond. Mr. Brown is the master of self promoting, taking money from clients and then having paralegals, and lower level personnel work on our case. I had high hopes for him, but after not receiving responses from him for several months, and be delegated to staff, I should not have been surprised that he had missed important discovery deadlines, and blew us off after he had been generously paid.
